I ordered a star wars Christmas jumper on the 20/11/15, gets an email stating awaiting despatch but no other correspondence, tried to email twice, no reply. Nearly 2 weeks later and no item or contact, not being negative but a Christmas jumper is no good if it comes in January. Going to get in contact with my credit card company to get a refund.

I only went on here to buy a gift my boyfriend that I couldn't find anywhere else for the same price. What I found out is that the invoice is in Euros. And the final price was £20 cheaper, but still charged the price displayed. Plus a transaction fee that was not included or mentioned until I saw it on my bank statement. I figured there would be, but I really didn't like that it wasn't clear about it. I like that you were emailed on the status update of your order. Overall okay experience for the first time ever using them.

It has been over 1 month, and my order is still awaiting shipment. No news of whether there is stock or not. I am only given the option to re-order which I will not choose.

I made a big mistake not checking the reviews for this company first. As almost all of the other reviews on this site, I placed an order 10 days ago and its still showing "Awaiting Shipment". I have asked for an update via Facebook Message 3 days ago and as yet, still no response. I have learnt my lesson and will never order from this company again and I must check reviews prior to ordering from any unknown companies. Good luck to everyone desperately hoping for an item they have ordered for a christmas gift. I urge everyone to post their issues on Facebook and hopefully shame this company in to action!

I have been attempting to contact the people at this farce of a company for over a week now, email, phone, Facebook, you name it. This is in regards to a order I placed Nov 19, here it is at the end of the month, and no word other than my order "awaiting shipment". It feels like they just took my money without ever having the intention of giving me the items I asked for. There seems to be an apparent trend in all of their customers, people rarely receive what they order from Gamer Heaven. It's only a matter of time before somebody starts a class action lawsuit against these guys and gets all of these customers together.

I ordered a Destiny sweatshirt. I customized it with my gamertag. It has been awaiting shipment since mid-September and I haven't heard anything since then. Based on these other reviews im skeptical about the service but I want my hoodie. I paid over 80 USD for it.

Purchased product and funds were deducted immediately - the order was packed by 10am the next day and has been waiting for shipment ever since. Annoying when you have paid for express shipping. No response to attempts to contact the business, meaning I've had to order elsewhere. I hope I can get a refund.

I placed an order through the website on October 25th and it was billed to my credit card on October 25th. More than a month later, the website still indicates the order is 'awaiting shipment.' I am appalled that this company took my money and, 35 days later, still has not sent the merchandise paid for. Further, there has been absolutely no communication from the company indicating a backorder or stock issue. I have requested an update or refund of my money. The items ordered were intended to be Christmas gifts and ordered two months in advance of that date--not impressed at all!

The site is great to manoeuvre around, selection and payment of the items is easy to follow. I inititally received swift emails telling me of acceptance of order, another promptly telling me the item was selected. A final one telling me the product tracking had been updated to "awaiting shipment". Some 2 weeks later the same is still being displayed. I wonder if it will ever arrive

Like several other reviewers, I ordered some Fallout4 Merch on the 16th of September. Some was listed as expected in stock in October, some was listed as already in stock. So far, fair enough. Money was deducted from my account immediately. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. In the middle of October I rang them. And emailed them. And rang them. Eventually I spoke to someone who told me that they did not expect to ship the orders until the end of October. Ok fair enough - that's still "in October". So October comes and goes and now it's November. Note that at NO time have I had even the courtesy of a "sorry it's delayed" bulk email - and no status update is on my order - it's still showing as "Awaiting Shipment". So I ring them. And Email them. And Ring them. And Email them. Nothing. So I am reduced to messaging them on FACEBOOK. I do get an answer on FB messenger...seriously, what the hell, are we 12?? I include the whole conversation to date, with dates, for your entertainment. Should be 48hr delivery for the product, 20 days later it still has not been sent out yet and other than the original order confirmation I have not heard anything about it. I have emailed them today so will see. But if there was going to be a delay it would have been nice for them to contact me

Ordered 2 hoodies with gamer tags on the back on October 12th. It said that international orders can sometimes take up to 6 weeks, it is now Novermber 28th, and I haven't even received an email that the hoodies have been sent out. Within two days I got an email saying they were ready to ship and so far no word, also no one has responded to my emails inquiring on their status. All I wanted was some word of when they were being shipped, or when I could receive them, however it looks like instead they just took my $130 USD and then stopped all communication. Would not recommend.

Well i ordered my item on the Wednesday the 18th November for my nephews birthday which was on the 26th so i was happy to get a email the next day at 9am to say that it was ready to be shipped, so i thought i was be with me soon. I had paid for the tracking postage and by late monday afternoon i phoned gamer heaven to ask if i would have my order delivered in that week because it was ordered for a birthday present and the phone operator ensured me that i would be getting it that week so by late Thursday afternoon i still had no email to say it was on it's way. I phoned gamer heaven again to tell them that i could not wait till next week for my order so i would like to cancel my order for a refund but the operator told me that that they apologise and would send it by special delivery so i would get it the next day on the Friday because my nephew was we very excited about fallout 4 i thought i would wait.i got and email within 10 min saying it had been shipped but i didn't get a track delivery and it did not arrive on Friday it was delivered on the Saturday and when my nephew opened the package he was heart broken to find out it wasn't the item that i ordered i was very disappointed This is the first time i have ordered something from gamer heaven and my experience was not good, i need to wait till Monday to speak to someone about my bad experience and i hope that something can be done to change my thoughts of the company "this was not a gamers heaven"
