I ordered a Zelda hoodie months and months ago, I received an order number and after that nothing, I emailed several times asking what was going on and never received a response from anyone. They seemed to have no problem running my credit card though, so they are basically thieves who have no problem stealing from their customers. Do yourself a favor and find another company to order from.
Site is down for maintenance and I haven't received my order placed in December? Bad business skills. UPDATE: received emails from new owner and they made good on my order from December! I just received my Sons Christmas gift and he was so happy!!! Thank you for your help! Thank you for showing that my order did matter! We will be back!
I ordered three items, only one turned up despite being charged for all three. Emailed about it and had no response at all. A few weeks later I placed a different order through Game Marketplace without realising who the seller was. Surprise surprise the item did not turn up. Again tried to contact them with no response. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this seller anymore.
Well i actually got my merch pretty quick after ordering it last week. I'm a massive fan of Assassin's Creed so for the myster box at £39.99 for £70 worth of merch was a steal and too good to be true! Too good to be true indeed after i got my box i looked through it which had an assassins creed bust and two hoodies which are awesome! However there was then also a SEGA notebook ? SEGA which has nothing to do with Assassin's Creed!! but I overlooked that, but that was all that was in my box and it didn't seem like £70 worth of stuff in the box so i added it up and you guessed it! it wasn't £70 infact it was £53. I don't want to seem petty but when advertising something you should be given what is advertised and although I love what I got i'm still a little disappointed that Gamer Heaven have false advertised something that is an amazing purchase! So i would say be careful if you decide to buy from here and double check what you receive in your box to add it up. I'm still waiting on a reply to my email I sent them regarding this so hopefully will hear back soon!!
Writing for my Girlfriend, who wanted to order this stuff (Fallout 4 Merch) for Christmas, she had to tell me what it is and wanted to write a review for her which i now do. She always told me that it will be shipped from UK (we live in Switzerland), as it didn't arrive on the date promised i just told her that shipping such a distance may take a week longer or so... this was in the beginning of November! She wrote a few E-Mails, everything unanswered or a standard mail (first was that the office guys are helping with christmas stuff which i undestood) second was about the guys being there for you on monday again (a mail which you should get on a weekend not on a wednesday!). As of now (25. february .2016) we didn't receive something that was ordered on october 19th 2015! Also we try to reach the site now and it's down for maintenance for hours. That's just unproffessional, if we didn't get it till now fine if you would've atleast answered our mails etc. My GF ordered stuff worth 200 swiss francs (~135 pounds) which would hurt a bit if we couldn't get anything back. I hope you understand why we are upset, my Girlfriend ordered several things from several stores in the UK we could always count on punctual delivery, but the quality-standard for delivery seems not to be the same for gamers heaven :/

I pre-ordered a "Fallout 4 Mystery Box", the shipping estimate for which was "Mid November". December arrives and still my order is still listed as "awaiting dispatch" so I e-mail them and request, in no uncertain terms, to cancel the order and receive a full refund. The next day I get a reply saying they're sorry for the delay and that the date has slipped to "Early December". I responded by saying that was not my problem and that I still wanted to cancel my order and be refunded. Two weeks went by with no response. I sent them a final e-mail informing them that I was going to visit my bank and submit a reversal request on the order. I did that the very next day and fortunately my bank were willing to refund me the full payment. Last I heard the bank were still trying to get the money from the site, now I find they've gone under, or been bought out or some such. Not a huge surprise
I'm not sure if the company is any better now since there might have been a change of hands, but I was beyond disappointed when I tried to order from Gamer Heaven. My fiance purchased a hoodie for me in August, and it had not shown up after 6 months, and we were moving. So we sent a request to have the shipping address updated. They never replied to any of our e-mails or offered any reason why the product was so late. My fiance knew I was disappointed, so when we moved (still without ever receiving the hoodie), he ordered a second one, hoping that there was some sort of mistake in the shipping/order. It took an entire YEAR for that hoodie to show up, and we never received any refund or information about the first one, even though we asked to get our money back or, at least, have it sent to the right place. Do NOT order anything until the company starts having some positive reviews. As it is right now, I'll never order something from Gamer Heaven.
I ordered a hoodie and the order and got a pre-shipment notice. Well, it never shipped. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge- my bank is still trying to get my money back! I looked at their social media and there are HUNDREDS, if not thousands, of people who ordered and NEVER got their merchandise or a refund! Some had been waiting months, others gave up after waiting a year or more! AVOID this company- it's a SCAM!
I ordered a hoodie back in September and I've still not received it. Its been 'awaiting shipment' for about five months now. This is beyond a joke. I am aware that the company has changed hands. As new owners you must be aware that this online business has a bad reputation and it is in your best interests to salvage that reputation. If you don't do anything about this I am still taking this to trading standards. I am also going to my bank to request a reversed charge. What has happened to myself and many others is ILLEGAL and should be dealt with promptly.
This company is obviously fraudulent as they take your money instantly and do not deliver your goods. I ordered a sweatshirt for my granddaughter on 8th December 2015 and the order status is still awaiting shipment. from the reviews i have seen, this company never delivers any goods to anybody and I don't know how they have not been closed down. I personally will be getting in touch with trading standards and try and get my money back. the only reason i have given 1 star is because there is no option for none!!!!! disgraceful customer services, disgraceful company!!!!
Spent £40 3 months ago, got a response in the middle of december saying 'Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay you have experienced with your order. Your order should be despatched within the next 5 working days, when your order has been shipped you will then receive a confirmation e-mail confirming this. Kind regards, Jacob.' Guess what nothing after that, 2 months have passed since still not recieved my product, so not only did i lose the £40 i was also lied to, how ridiculous

I've been waiting since November to get the ark ham knight jacket I ordered ( it was not a pre-order and it was not listed as out of stock at any point) and I have received nothing more than an "update" that it is ready to be shipped, and that update came the day after I ordered it.

Ordered the Big Boss 1984 Varsity Jacket back in September. The order was "awaiting shipment" indefinitely. I emailed them about it in late January, but instead I got an automated message stating they were down for the holidays and would reopen January 8 or so (despite the date having already passed). I emailed them again last week, and they sent me a grammatically incorrect message stating that "Crazy4 Ltd", the supposed company the payment had gone to, had stopped dealing back in January 2015, and that I should contact my card issuer for a refund. However, since the payment had been made in September, it is out of range. I contacted Gamer-Heaven demanding they refund my money, but instead they sent me the same message, but as an image; the only difference being that the grammatical errors had been fixed, and "January 2015" now read "January 2016". Considering the sheer amount of unprofessionalism and negligence, and the hundreds of reviews stating similar experiences, it is clear that it's a scam.
They took my money and I never got my items. Now I'm out $60
