So I ordered a fallout 4 mystery box from gamer heaven on the 30th October, it is now the 2nd of February and I still haven't had word on this. I've sent many emails and tried to get them to contact me without any luck. Not only am I not receiving my package but I'm also unable to get in touch to even as for a refund. I'm appalled by the service I have received and quite frankly it feels like theft to me. My advice would be don't buy anything through this website.
I had ordered a product and did not receive it nor did I get any email saying that it wouldn't be shipped. Also that the store was shutting down and would not be sending out any open orders and it would be to late for any card issuer to process any refunds on open orders.
I had ordered a Zelda hoodie in early December. I hadn't even heard any word from this company and when I logged on in the beginning, a week after ordering my item, it had said I had not ordered anything. Two weeks after that I saw that my order was awaiting shipment, then a week or so it was still awaiting shipment. I emailed them to ask what was going on in early January, I got an automatic email reply telling me they were closed for Christmas, but that they would reopen again, on a date that had already been a week past!! It is now Jan 28, and I haven't heard a word back, I went to check the website on my account and the whole site is down for maintenance. I'm really stressed out because that hoodie cost me quite a bit of money and I just want my money back I don't know what to do.,, someone please help.
Well, well, well. This company is another venture from the same company and individual that brought you Bay57. Essentially they advertise items that they do not have in stock. See the reviews below, the list of customers without orders was ridiculous, so ridiculous that this company and other's run by the same company no longer exist.
I m at my 5th month that Ive ordered my Varsity Jacket and I havent received it yet. I ve tried contacting the store throughout email and by direct message but they never replied. Their customer service is awful. Definitly the worst online experience I ve ever had. I discourage anyone to buy from them.
They stole my money and never gave me my hoodie. It's a scam.
Will not order from this site again. Ordered product for my son mid Nov, no product received by end of Nov. Contacted company but they did not reply to emails, they only responded to messages via Facebook messenger! Twice over 2 weeks i was told my purchase would be shipped out that week, then told it would definitely arrive by Xmas....it didn't! I have now claimed a refund.
On 9th.12.2015 we placed an order and did payment. Also we wrote an e-mail, but did´t get an answer...

Ordered hoodie from here and never received my order. Kept the money but did not send my order. Will never order from here again. Will let the Better Business Bureau know of this situation.
I ordered my £50 item in July 2015 and six months later it has yet to be shipped. No communication from the company in the meantime. I checked their website and it says they are 'no longer doing business' (although I notice they are still taking people's money). This message, which was NOT an apology, said I have to contact my bank to lodge some kind of charge-back (which I may not be able to do due to the time elapsed)! Their note also provided a not-working link to a page reminding me of my rights (which I had to look up elsewhere). So not only do I not get my item, I am probably losing £50 and have the extra hassle of dealing with my bank. Avoid this company! Avoid! AVOID!!!
I ordered items apparently in stock well before Xmas. I still have not received any of my items to date and I have had ZERO response from this "company" regarding my issues. This company is nothing but a group of thieves!

I didn't receive the order, even though it was before they stopped trading. They didn't see fit to tell me (or anyone it seems) that they had stopped trading and wouldn't fulfill the order. I stumbled on their Facebook page and saw the note. Then, after emailing them about the issue, I got an automatic response saying they had ceased trading. It would have been nice to know a lot sooner, or at all.
We placed an order through this gamer-heaven.net for one of the Fallout Sweatshirts as a Christmas gift a couple weeks before the holidays. I was aware that there was a possibility that the shipment would not arrive by Christmas, but what I did NOT expect, was that we would still be waiting for it in late January. When we first inquired about the order, we were told that it was being processed for shipping (in mid January). There was not a reply form the customer service department. Today, when I inquired again,about the order via the international customer service email, I was sent an automatic reply that stated that the company had stopped trading as of January 8th, 2016. Um. Were they planning on notifying the customers that they still had outstanding orders with? I guess not! This was rude and this was not good customer service! I suggest that anyone in the US stay away from this site! The fact that they do not provide any phone number to contact for international customers should have been a red flag. Highly dissatisfied. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered a Destiny hoodie, the order cleared with my bank and the money was taken out. Its been almost a year and I still haven't gotten the hoodie I ordered. All attempts to contact gamer-heaven.net have been to no avail.
My brother really wanted one of the hoodies off this website for Christmas. I ordered this 16/12/2015 (which I knew was pushing it to get before christmas...so I did expect it may arrive after christmas) The order still hadn't arrived one month later and when I got onto the site it had said it had ceased trading. Now that I have looked in more detail at previous reviews some people had placed orders last April!!!!! Where money had been taken and no goods recieved. There is no way you can contact the company by email or phone. Do not use this website.
order placed end october, not received still at the end of november. tried every way site suggested to contact them, on more then one occasion, with no response. tried ringing phone number and that gets no answer either just leave a message, duly left. still no response throughout december. quick enough to take money but no products received. eventually on 8th January post screen saying ceased trading. awful company and bad experience
Ordered a halo backpacker, but never received it. They are apparently out of business now. Received no refund.

Feb 04,201617.12.14 I paid for a Destiny hoodie. Months went by and I never received it. I found a contact number online and called up. I was told that they had made a mistake on their end, they apologised offer me a £50 gift card which in actual fact was £12.01 gift card as they cancelled my original order that I had to then re-order. I was assured that I would have the hoodie soon. Again months went by. I called up and demanded a refund only to be told that they had once again made a mistake. This time they would send the hoodie out and I would receive a goodie bag as an apology. I go back onto the website to check my order only to find a "we have gone bust" message on their front page! The message advises customers to contact their bank to get a refund!!! So there is £40 lost as my transaction was so long ago! What an absolute joke.
