Sep 25,2015I should have read reviews before I made my purchase, as clearly I'm not the only one having this problem. Double digit days later and still no sign of my almost 60$ hoodie. Apparently, it hasn't even been shipped yet! Gamer Heaven definitely needs to gets its act together. I will never use this site again.

Sep 25,2015I'm confused why a survey would be emailed out to me before my first order has been completed? That question 1, question 2 is why is my order still hasn't shipped 7 days after original purchase with no explanation for the delay? So I guess one star because incomplete isn't an option.

Sep 24,2015I ordered a hoodie from gamer heaven and after they took my money I received an email saying my order has been updated to 'awaiting shipment' 10 days later it is still awaiting shipment and I really couldn't be bothered to wait any longer so I submitted a 'return request' as it hadn't even been shipped you'd think that it wouldn't take too long but it's been 3 days now and I'm still waiting to get my money back. On top of this after ordering and receiving a confirmation email I got bombarded with spam emails which is just annoying more than anything else. I wouldn't recommend using this site it you want to actually receive what you have paid for.

Sep 24,2015I ordered two jumpers for the EGX event which I am making my way to in a couple of hours! I ordered it in plenty of time and paid an extra £2.99 for a tracked Royal Mail delivery and still no sign of anything other than a message on my account saying that my package is awaiting shipment! I wasn't made aware that my stuff was out of stock, and I live in the UK which is were these guys are based so where is it being shipped from? Or to? So in conclusion thanks a million gamer heaven for screwing up my day and robbing me of £50.97 and best of all for giving really terrible service!

Sep 24,2015The site was a little hard to navigate and order from, but I was satisfied when I got the order through for my friends birthday. The guy I contacted was nice and gave me suggestions on why the order didn't go through first.

Sep 24,2015Honestly it has been terrible, ive been waiting over a month for my products and it says it still hasnt even been shipped, i payed for extra shipping and still nothing, i know for a fact i will never be using this site ever again.

Sep 23,2015Delivery was a little slow but it was shipped with tracked mail and it came without and damage to the box or contents. Bought the star wars mystery box and it came with a lot of cool stuff, I recommend buying it.

Sep 23,2015My sweatshirt has not arrived yet, do I decided to see where it was by clicking the check my order tab. It then wanted me to create an account, so I tried with my email address and it said that the email address is already in use. I then typed in my password I use for everything and it says the passwords wrong? I don't know how to view my order and it's driving me crazy!

Sep 23,2015Little aggravated I ordered the legened of Zelda Aug. 13 still says awaiting shipping I understand that it's not tracked but it is now Sep. 22 I would love to know when it's shipping or an estimated delivery date. If not shipped by Oct. 1 I will get a refund and never order from here again

Sep 23,2015I saw the Legend of Zelda messenger bag and thought: "I need that" so i brought it, after the 24 hours they said they would ship it, and they did. But as impatient as I am i thought after 3 days: "Where is it?" and so i began reading reviews of the site, and a lot were negative and they all said that it wasn't sending. But right the day after i got my item! I was very glad and i would buy here again, because nothing went wrong. But for the record i do live in the Netherlands so i'm pretty close to the UK, not like all the Americans from the bad reviews.

Sep 22,2015Oh dear, I normally check reviews for companies before I buy, but on this occasion it was an impulse purchase so just went straight ahead and boy have my fingers been burnt. Ordered a Star Wars Christmas jumper and payment taken on the 1st September. Nothing on their website states it is out of stock, so why 21 days later am I still waiting for it to be delivered. Tried calling on many occasions, but only get an automated message then get cut off. I am still hopeful I will see my jumper soon, I can't bring myself to admit I was so stupid to part with the £32 without checking first

Sep 22,2015I've been sent a request to rate gamer-heaven.net As yet 21/9/15 I have had no further corraspndance from them regarding a hoodie I ordered on 7/9/15 it states my item is waiting shipment as it did on the day it was ordered, still haven't received anything. They took the money out of my account on the day. Maybe 1 day I shall receive my hoodie. Very disappointed
