Sep 21,2015I would like to give this more stars but I still haven't received my item. I order/purchased it over 3 weeks ago and every time I check the status it says awaiting shipment.

Sep 21,2015This site it literally amazing. So it has decent merchandise. But not just any decent merchandise, legitimate merchandise. Okay so the prices aren't the best, but their not the worst either. Although the best thing about this site: the shipping. This site it based in the UK, I live in the US. The free (FREE) shipping came to my house in just over a week. My mother bought something similar on a different sight because it was cheeper. The ETA is 4 to 6 weeks. That is what I call a good deal!

Sep 21,2015I am still waiting for my merchandise to be shipped. I still have not received my order and when I check on the status it has not been processed or shipped. I ordered well over a week ago!!!!

Sep 20,2015I made an order online, the items I ordered said in stock. I received an update saying it was all ready to ship. I emailed two weeks later because I wanted to know the status. I got a response saying they were waiting for one item to come into stock, and they would ship the rest now. Very unhappy I had to email just to get items shipped. About a month later wondering where the first item is, I emailed again. Turns out they no longer stock the item.I asked for a refund. They said they gave me a refund but I never received it.

Sep 19,2015I havent recieved the product yet since it wont release until October but it was simple. Like amazon but specifically games. The only thing I wish would be to be charged later one week before release. Luckily I really really wanted/needed this since my old back pack of 8 to 9 years is already tearing and I purchased it on the spot. Other than that this is an awesome website. Will most likely come back to this website.

Sep 19,2015I ordered a single item, a cloth messenger-type bag, on June 1st. Received a confirmation the order was 'awaiting shipment' on June 2nd. Thought I'd easily receive the item for a June 18th birthday gift. Tried 2x to contact Gamer Heaven, no reply received, I assumed I had been scammed, forgot about it. Today is September 18th, surprisingly received item. The item was double bagged. The item was wet inside the 2nd bag. $60+ to get my wet bag, 3 months late.

Sep 19,2015So I orderd my item in june as a preorder for July. July passed no news if it had even shipped or come out. So I sent a email to customer service and they just said check the stock in the website. It says coming out in July. So I waited a bit more. All of august passed no news but I got a tracking number that didn't work so a "improvement" I guess. I asked customer service a second time what was up and they just sent me a automatic message they didn't even talk to me and ignored me. Then September 15th I got a message saying it was shipped. And then the item got here on the 18th. So I knew that it was a preorder but it came out in July and still took over 2 month's to be told that they didn't just run off with the money. Also the item wasn't as high quality as I wanted but at this point trying to return it seems like such a big pain that I might as well use it.

Sep 18,2015Bought a tshirt after seeing a discount code on the back of a ps magazine. Happy enough, and even received order confirmation straight away. However, order is "awaiting shipment" and no clear indication of if it's being shipped (to them) or delivered (to me) or what's going on. In all honesty seems like a great deal of faf for something I could have most likely ordered from Amazon and already received.

Sep 17,2015cannot give anything other than 0 stars asking me to review when item has not arrived yet. So for a company thats more interested in reviews then they are making sure something has been delivered says it all

Sep 17,2015This was my first purchase and of course The last I paid last August 8th and until today I have not received my order. I contacted with store asking gor a refund and They told me they wont do anything until I receive my order. One month and 8 days after I have not my order or money back. I claimed with my credit card company. Be careful if you are thinking On buy in this store.

Sep 17,2015I was super excited to order a jacket for my boyfriend for his birthday, but it's been 2 weeks since I ordered it and the status still says "Awaiting shipment". I was expecting it to ship within a week, and get here by the second week at the latest. Not take 2 weeks and still have not shipped! I wanted to email them and ask what was going on, but no email was posted. I tried calling their number they have on the website, but a recording says "You have reached a non-working number." Freaking fantastic. Not only is my boyfriends present late, but I have wasted $80 on a jacket that I can't even call to ask about. Will not be ordering from you guys again unless I get an explanation and this is fixed!!

Sep 16,2015I ordered two Star Wars jumpers a few weeks ago and I am appalled at the lack of customer service from Gamer Heaven. My first contact was to ask for an update on shipment. I received an automated response with no information. I have called them, messaged them and emailed them since, but the reply I've had was from a guy called Marc via a PM on Facebook. He took my order number and never came back. The item is on pre order, but after reading the reviews, I thought I'd better make contact with them. Sadly all the reviews seemed to be true, so I asked to cancel the order. Still no reply. The website says you can login and cancel, but you can't. I resorted to posting on Facebook, but they have now blocked me. I can't believe I'm so unhappy with a company, despite the fact that I've never received anything from them! All I wanted was an update and no one has even had the courtesy to reply. I will be taking legal action against them unless I get a refund on my order.

Sep 16,2015I was initially quite interested in this company as they have a lot of interesting items on sale. However, after having my order sitting awaiting shipment with no contact from the company and no response to enquiries, I won't be ordering again - I have still not received my order, nor have I received any response. Atrocious communication and customer service, I would recommend avoiding like the plague.
