Sep 15,2015I ordered a hoodie on the 2nd of August. It is now the 15th of September and I haven't received my order. Enquired via email about it and haven't heard anything. Very close to taking them to small claims. After reading about the experiences of other customers, it appears they frequently don't ship orders. I read about one customer waiting a year for an order to be fulfilled. I won't be using them again.

Sep 15,2015Sizing and clothing images clear and precise, prices clearly marked and payment/signing up is a doddle. My only downside is some items availability is a bit too broad e.g. "pre order due september 2015" a more precise dispatch or delivery date would be appreciated for people buying items as gifts etc. Besides that everything about the site and payment is perfect and look forward to seeing more from you guys :)

Sep 15,2015Ordered a Destiny hoodie for my friend's Christmas in November. Constant "it's two weeks away" updates. After insisting on a refund for weeks they offered me an alternative hoodie which they also haven't sent. Worried I will never see the money again.

Sep 14,2015I bought 2 hoodies and one t-shirt 2 months ago and i still dont have my stuff. I use the guest option to pay and my order confirmation is the 88805. they sent me e mail to say everything is okay, but after two moths i start to hink there is a problem

Sep 13,2015I ordered a jacket and they were quick to process the order! It's a preorder item so now I just have to wait till it's available but I bet they'll ship it fast! I got free shipping (it was international too) and the jacket price was a lot cheaper compared to other websites!

Sep 12,2015I made an order with this "company" but got the sizing wrong on the item. I sent an email to ask to modify the order or to cancel but I had no reply. I eventually sent another email asking to outright cancel the order, but again no response. They have taken payment for said order but almost 2 weeks later still nothing to show for it. Do not trust this company, they seem to be very shady and I'd go as far as to call them crooks. Go with a more reputable website than this "company" as you will receive a much better service.

Sep 12,2015After purchasing a product from their website I received a email confirmation that my package would take the usual amount of busniess days to reach me, After 22 days with no update except for the same "package is awaiting shipment" I tried contacting Gamerheaven on their website 3 times with no reply. I still have had no word from them and have yet to get my package.This experiance has left me feeling robbed of my money and time and has given me a negative attitude towards Gamerheaven.

Sep 11,2015I placed my order 7 days ago. The confirmation doesn't say when to expect delivery. Last night after it has been stuck at awaiting shipping for 3 days I emailed them. No response yet but that's OK as the auto replay stated 48 hours plus. Still not impressed though as money taken 4 days ago.

Sep 11,2015I ordered one of their Legend of Zelda hoodies, and got it in less than a week. Just as advertised, it was officially licensed merchandise, and of course, well made. Quick, free shipping, great quality merchandise, and fair pricing too. Would definitely recommend/ buy from them again

Sep 10,2015I placed my order on Aug 2,2015, on Aug 3, notification stating "awaiting shipment". Now Sept 10, STILL WAITING, (still " awaiting shipment ") HOWEVER, my payment had been accepted!! I also have sent 2 emails, but got no response. WHERE'S MY ORDER???

Sep 10,2015I ordered my products in good faith that they would be delivered at the very least within 2-4 weeks of placing it. None of the items were marked out of stock. After several weeks of I update or shipping advice I contacted Gamer Heaven who weren't in the least bit apologetic that my order would not arrive for its intended purpose of being a birthday gift nor were they able to give a delivery estimate. Nearly two months later I am without my order still which is now almost a month late for the birthday it was intended for. Gamer Heaven have not responded to my last few emails requesting updates, there has been no answer via their phone number and an attempt to contact them on Facebook is unanswered so far. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.

Sep 10,2015It's getting close to a year now since I ordered my jacket, based on the Batman addition. My shipment has been on hold since December, in July they told me that they will deliver it within 2 weeks and nothing. It's August 10th 2015 and now I've requested my money back. I highly recommend you don't go to this website, it's a big scam. We should report this to the Better Business Bureau

Sep 09,2015I would advise my everyone to avoid the company Gamer Heaven. Pre-Ordered a bag from them in March which was due in May. Delayed twice, which i only found out by chasing them. And now despite cancelling the order Ive had an email to say it is on its way. I dont mind items being delayed, just as long as someone keeps me informed

Sep 09,2015This website is the worst! I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend on 8/27, and then needed to cancel it. There is no quick way to cancel an order no matter what the 'knowledge bank' says. You have to send an email in order to cancel, which I did on 8/31. Over a week has gone by with no response except a link to rate their website! Seriously?!?! Its a scam! I'll probably never get my money back!!! Absolutely the worst shopping experience EVER!!!!!

Sep 09,2015I ordered a hoodie and made a mistake on the shipping address. I've been trying for a week to get somebody to help me fix it but nobody is helping me. I contacted their Facebook page and one person asked me for my order number but hasn't acknowledged me since. It shows they've seen my message but they aren't responding. I'd actually like my money back. I feel like I've been ripped off.

Sep 08,2015Ordered product 2 months ago and have yet to receive. I explained it was a birthday gift and needed asap. Even paid for prem shipping. Still lost in their 'awaiting shipment' void. Company is extremely rude and misleading. Making excuses for delays and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money. This is a huge BUYER BEWARE! I'm amazed this company is still in business with all the people they've swindled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
