Sep 08,2015I didnt feel like i understood this was a pre-sale or an item not in stock. I ordered on aug 14 and still havent received my order. Its almost a month now and ive been charged on credit card and no idea of when ill receive my hoodie.

Sep 07,2015Ace! Very gd prices to be had and delivery is awesome and quick. What's not to like? Coding for Scroll down menus on website sucks, or could be me via using mac? Also like see more game Related designs, not game franchise merchandise. Thanks for all l my killzone clothing. Pixel perv ;) x

Sep 04,2015I haven't yet got my order and its been since August 19, its now September 3 and I've emailed twice and haven't gotten a response yet. I'm very disappointed and they have charged my credit card. I'm annoyed that haven't gotten anything but charged for the order. What a bad experience! Never order from them!!

Sep 04,2015I ordered a hoodie for my fiance for his birthday i placed my order on the 22nd of august and still have not recieved it on the 3rd of september his birthday is on the 6th so it is unlikey to be delivered on time and i am doubting whether it will even be delivered at all!! Considering i do not live very far from the depot and they advertise postage as usually taking 1-2 days i think this is disgusting!! Not impressed at all!

Sep 03,2015Received damaged goods from them and couldn't get any response from them for ages, when they did answer they promised to look into it and then, didnt know anything about it when I chased them. They asked me to send the product back by the most expensive means and promised to pay the postage back to me. After chasing them on lots of occasions, everytime they said they were putting it through in the next couple of days, of course I never received this amount, my advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are just on the make.

Sep 03,2015Got a confirmation that the order was awaiting dispatch and was charged the day after ordering, then nothing. No replies to emails requesting updates, no idea when the item should be delivered, nothing. It's been over a week now without an update and as I have not had the goods I can only give a 1 star review. If they arrive or I receive an update within the next 24 hours, I might improve that, but at the moment I feel like I've been conned by the wild west that can be internet shopping. It's my first time using this site and would not do so again.

Sep 02,2015Ordered a destiny gamer hoodie for my son over two weeks ago, the on line store said that stock was available so placed the order and my money was taken. Still no hoodie, no reply to e mail or automated voicemail service. Eventually managed to catch them today and was told that they were still awaiting delivery....... Now expected on Friday. On line login shows my order status is awaiting shipment it doesn't say that they are awaiting shipment from the supplier. It's disappointing as the kit provided is quite unique but it seems apparent that you pay your money then they order from the supplier. Have just read some other Trustpilot scores and wish I had done so before ordering (2.9 out of 10 suggests PPService) Suggest if you can find an alternative source then use it unles you are prepared to be very very very patient and have no deadline by which you need the goods.

Sep 02,2015I've ordered a few things from there before; Ranging from 2 hoodies; some glasses and coasters; to keyrings and leggings. They've always had good prices and delivery, not a complaint to be made with the customer support when i pre-ordered a hoodie and didn't get it in the last two batches they had (was a few years ago now!) they got it sorted no hassle. Would use them again for all my gaming needs! :0)

Sep 01,2015I ordered a product from the website and received an email thanking me for the purchase which I am happy that they appreciate business with customers. The website said the product will be shipped in September and that I will be notified when the product has been shipped. I have had no email explaining when my product will be shipped and I checked the website to see if there was an update on the product, however the product I ordered was no longer on the website which was really disappointing for me. I feel like I have wasted £49.99 for nothing and hope I will receive an email soon.

Sep 01,2015The product itself is great brilliant in fact exactly what you would expect from a quality service online store the delivery was great and quick the only problem was the sizing I'm ordering from the UK and I am an extra large ordered an extra large and it's definitely not an xl so will be ordering a double or triple xl then seeing what the size is like my advice is to go higher than what you are
