I was at risk of losing mine and my family’s childhood home and needed to complete on my mortgage as a matter of urgency. Myisha went above and beyond to ensure that I did. My case was beyond complex and she was there every step of the way to not only answer my endless questions and requests, but to provide me with reassurance when I needed it most. She stuck to her word and for that I can’t thank her enough, honestly a credit to the company. Thank you

Taimoor Afza was my case handler for organising a Buy to Let property. Most of the instructions and case details was manged via email. Overall Experience was Excellent and I highly recommended GD Legal Solicitors. From viewing the property until completion it took around 10 weeks which is impressive how quick and efficient the process has been for me.

Needed to complete before the end of this tax year in order to save £2000 in tax, GD received response to enquiries from buyers solicitors on 10th March, my responses on 29th March and did not send the responses until 4th April making completion this side of tax year impossible. The solicitor then attempted to blame everyone else for the problem created by their own slopiness and ineptitude. Impossible to communicate with, slow and they don't care about what they are doing. DO NOT USE

We searched for online-based conveyancers extensively for our recent purchase in which our funds came from overseas. Zumman from the team did a fantastic job in terms of communication (emails and telephone enquiries were responded within a day or two) and was able to cater to our needs on a tailored basis. He gave seasoned advice to us as buyers and guided us through the conveyancing process. I would definitely recommend GD Legal to all, especially overseas buyers who needs to resolve everything remotely through email.

We chose GD Property Solicitors as we were impressed from the very first phone call made requesting a quote. Myisha Farrant has handled our sale professionally and has always been available whenever we have had a query. Recently completed a remortgage and transfer of equity with GD Solicitors. I can highly recommend their services. After using a comparison site I was contacted promptly by Lewis at GD. He had a lovely manner and compared to other calls I received he gave me confidence that their company would provide me with the quality of service I was looking for. I was not disappointed. My case handler Reema was very prompt at replying to my (many!) emails and from start to finish everything was dealt with very efficiently. The only delay was from the other party involved and had that not have been the case I think the whole process would have in fact been completed ahead of time. GD/Reema at GD helped to make a stressful time feel more manageable. I will recommend your services to others and would not hesitate to use you again

Honestly I was nervous about choosing a non local solicitor to sell/purchase a new house but Reema with GD legal put all of the other solicitors in the chain to shame. Reema was amazing at communicating with us, and was always 10 steps ahead of the others. Reema was instrumental in moving things along with the other parties. And, the quote was more or less what we paid, aside from some pre agreed extras (insurances we needed) which was super competitive. We have honestly been blown away about the service Reema has provided us. We will absolutely be recommending this solicitor to anyone who is looking. Thanks Reema

I have worked with Myisha to sell one property and then purchase another some months later. Myisha provided an excellent service throughout and regularly kept me updated right through to completion. She often went the extra mile chasing other solicitors & selling agents for me. A real pleasure to work with and highly recommended. They say moving home is one of the most stressful things you’ll do. Not with Myisha at the wheel. Everything went smoothly, A+++.

Clare has been so helpful since she took over my case in January this year. She worked hard to meet the mortgage offer deadline. I am very pleased that the purchase could be completed on time. Thank you very much Clare for your professional and effective service. However, I have to share that I started the purchasing process with GD Property in August 2022 that took almost 7 months to complete. It was a disaster working with Clare's predecessor in the first 5 months - very few replies and many emails being ignored by him. He only sent emails when he required something from me. The process has been severely delayed - which also brought plenty of stress during Xmas month as the mortgage offer was ending soon. I honestly will not consider GD Property again unless Clare is appointed to handle my case.

I would not recommend this solicitor in my own experience. In the 8 months it took me to sell my property TO A FIRST TIME BUYER, they gave me 3 separate solicitors. All of whom I have found the communication with very frustratingly slow and inefficient, not updating me on key details about my property sale. I have only had one phone call from my solicitor within this period, with all other instances them not even picking up the phone and just being unavailable. This when combined with the 3 day response time made a very stressful period of my life so much worse. 5 months after offer acceptance the sale almost completely fell through with solicitors trying to complete without the funds even in place, resulting in me moving out to not complete on the house until 3 months later. Worst of all i was never given any information on why this predicted completion date fell through, or why it occurred by my solicitor. This almost cost me the house sale, and my own sanity.

I first spoke to Lewis Rabbani. He was the only one who didn't try to sell me and actually gave me some tips etc. told me to take my time and make my decision properly. I signed and was assigned Taimoor Afza as our case handler. Due to complications with the properties, the crazy market etc., we had two sales go through, and then we finally found a property (nearly four months later). As first time buyers, we were very new, and Taimoor was prompt with updating me on the latest updates and keeping on top of the other solicitors etc. We did have some hiccups in the middle but overall, I was really pleased with my choice of solicitor, and Taimoor was a pleasure to speak to and deal with.

We completed on the sale of our property last week with the assistance/guidance of Taimoor Afza. It was a smooth process from start to finish (as much as selling a property can be). Everything was dealt with in a professional manner and communication which was predominantly carried out by email was swift. Can't fault the service we received and would definitely recommend.
