Dec 15,2020We used GD Property Solicitors again after a very efficient transaction earlier this year. We were so impressed by the service provided by Saad Amjad that we made a specific request for him to deal with our second property sale, as we knew how meticulous and painstaking he is. It is unfortunate that the sale was greatly delayed by the Covid-19 restrictions and in particular by the stringency of the regulations in Wales, but this was unavoidable. We can only say a massive Thank You to Saad Amjad once again and congratulate him on his brilliant service, interpersonal skills and general pleasantness. We only wish we could have met him in person to express our appreciation for his help, sympathetic handling of a sale complicated by the bureaucracy of others, and also friendliness. Top marks, Saad - you deserve a pat on the back and a massive pay increase !!

Aug 06,2020Dreadful experience I’m having with these solicitors. No response to my emails. And over 40 phone calls. Not something to look forward to when you’re already in a stressful situation try to sell your property. Just beware and save yourselves all this extra stress.

Nov 07,2019I have dealt with gd property solicitors in swinton in relation to the sale of 2 properties in 2019 their prices are very competitive also although they are internet based you can also phone them to clarify matters I have had dealings with Shan and Lucy and both have been professional and friendly

Feb 20,2021Efficient and effective conveyancing - I was a little worried at first about the distance (Conveyancing took place in Manchester and I was in Newcastle) but my concerns were totally unfounded. They were very professional at every stage, and no delays.
