Nov 08,2022GD Property Solicitors were fantastic throughout the whole process of the sale of my property. From the initial call until completion date I was always kept up to date and provided information really clearly which was always helpful. The costs of the services are really clearly advertised and any deviation from the initial quote were always clearly explained in full. A special thank you to Myisha who was fantastic throughout the whole process, she continuously went above and beyond to get me information and status updates, chasing the buyers solicitors and estate agents, all of which beyond the scope of what was required from her. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Nov 07,2022The purchase nearly fell through because my so-called 'fee earner' (not an actual solicitor) responded too slowly critical documents. Almost no progress was made from mid-August to mid-September 2022, leading the vendor to threaten to pull out. Their initial response to my criticism over this was to try and upsell an option to expedite the case. After this incident, I pointed out that GD's 'no sale, no fee' policy would mean they would not get paid if the sale fell through; the fee-earner then became more responsive. However, she remained frustrating to work with, failing to answer direct questions on several occasions. The purchase eventually completed and the fee earner's eventual work was, at least, thorough and reliable. I chose GD because of their positive reviews. However, I suspect some of these may not be genuine, as my experience was poor.

My case was not straight forward but Myisha went above and beyond to make sure we completed on the date I wanted too, with obstacles in the way she literally made sure everything was in order. With her chasing other solicitors for hours and hours getting no response she didn't give up. Her determination and dedication was just fantastic. Myisha worked beyond her shifts, gave me regular updates and kept me in the loop the whole process. I would highly recommend Myisha and just want to thank her for everything she has done to make sure both my purchase and my sale went smoothly.

Sep 30,2022I would definitely NOT recommend these as conveyancers! After numerous emails non of which were descriptive and 4 weeks down the line i find out from my estate agent that they are no longer working on my behalf, not even a word from GD Legal themselves about the situation, so obviously would have left me hanging about for another 4 weeks probably without me knowing! Very slow response and not communicative at all, i shall not be ever using again! As for fixed prices, they seem to bump the price up at every opportunity! Elite Law far better!

Reema was quick and efficient in dealing with our purchase and couldn’t recommend GD enough! Also thanks to Zumman who helped for a couple of days whilst Reema was on holiday.
