Possibly the worst taxi company in the world. Will never use again because they just turn up when they want not the time you have booked. When they do turn up, the cars don’t look roadworthy and the drivers are so bad, I would be amazed if some of them actually hold a valid driving license
Pre-booked a taxi to the airport, received confirmation. The taxi was late, called the company to be told that they have no cars in the area. Terrible service. Avoid.
Driver is stuip he blocked my way on school road I want to turn my car he turn own taxi and block my way I said move back then he get out and click my car’s picture me and my son he so aggressive and shouting with us
Can you give 0 stars for this god awful company? Had to put up with their awful service for years because they dominate the industry here. Most unreliable service out there, not a care in the world from their callers, not surprising as I can imagine they get hundreds of complaints a day. Waste of space as a company with zero ethics. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
Terrible service. Booked a taxi for a pick up after an evening out when I called to find out where the taxi was they told me that despite booking and confirming the booking by phone they could not provide a taxi and so left me stranded miles from home. There was barely even an apology and they just left me to sort out the problem, saying that I should have read the small print as the time of the taxi is not guaranteed, in this case the taxi wasn’t guaranteed! None of this was explained at the time of booking if it had been I would have made alternative arrangements. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Rude aggressive and threatening drivers with no car for others. Ignorant of road etiquette, basically inconsiderent to any other road users and pedestrians. Block roads, paths then abusive should you even glance the abusive. Nice drivers.....NOT. AVOID USE LOCAL KNOWN CABS.....A LOT SAFER and not really interested in complaints!
Prebook taxi arrives late !! I have prebooked a taxi 4days before the exact day (27th April),to Wolverhampton,and this was for an exam. My taxi did not show up on time,and I arrived late for my exams.As a result, I was unable to concentrate/settle for the first 30mins. This is so unfair!!! This was never the case when it was Diamond cars. Clearly,the person I spoke with have not pre booked in a taxi ,as the driver who eventually arrived said....he has just been informed to come pick me up.It was clearly not the driver's fault,as he was just told anyways. I must say,the driver tried all he could to get me to my destination,as he saw how worried I was . You guys will definitely run out of business with this.I really just hope some other taxi company comes up soon.
Pre booked taxi turned up nearly half an hour late, we were stood outside in the pitch black waiting. But the worst thing is you cannot get hold of anyone to tell you what’s going on, the phone just rang and rang. I suppose we should be grateful talking other people because at least our taxi eventually arrived
Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Taxi booked in advance, messaged us when it was due to say it’s running slightly late. Waited 15 minutes and then called the office, told ‘there’s a wait in your area’ …it was prebooked… but anyway, told us we were getting the next available car, waited another 15 minutes and missed the table we had booked. Had to cancel and stay in for the night. JOKE of a taxi company.
What is wrong with the app? whenever I try to book a cab it closes down. Twice I’ve had to book another taxi. What’s going on?
Pre booked 2 cars early the day before our event, the outward journey was trouble free and on time. The return journey was not as good. Only 1 car turned up which was late . 3 of us left stranded 20 miles from home freezing cold and my wife has health issues . I rang gocarz 17 times and not once did they answer. The only reason. We got home was the 1st driver agreed too do a return trip, this isn't the first they have let us down but it will be the last as we will never use them again .
Total sh** I wish there was more taxi firms around the Telford area the service is shocking!! Booked a taxi at 1015 for 1115 and turned out there wasn’t a taxi available I rang them after half an hour and was told it was busy as it was a sat night, I told them I was aware of what day of the week it was and I wanted the taxi asap and was told the taxi would be with me 10/15 mins guess what it never arrived, and with the taxi already 30 mins late if they didn’t have a taxi available at the time the booking should of been declined, why accept a booking when there isn’t a taxi available, so then after a few re arrangements I tried to re book a taxi bu t couldn’t get through to them to sired the taxi to a diff place so then had to re book another taxi and pay extra fair as it was after 12am at this point and now there isn’t a taxi available until 2am that’s if it turns up!!!! I’m so angry such a shabby company.

Once again this company is beyond a joke. Booked a taxi about 15:10 and pre paid on my card. Had a call back at 15:25 saying taxi had arrived I was already waiting outside with three tired cranky kids. Called the driver three times whilst stood outside waiting for ten minutes and he didn't answer. I then called the office and the lady said he's just round the corner and he will be two minutes. I explained to the lady on the phone that the driver has been sat on the wrong car park 5 minutes down the road for the last ten minutes and I've been trying to call him and he's not answering. She said don't worry he will be with you in two minutes. Two minutes later after failing to get through to the driver again he cancelled the job as a no show! I again called the office and asked explained and the lady said she will book me another taxi I said I've already waited 30 minutes and paid on my card and asked for the driver to actually come and pick me up as I already had the funds taken from my account she said no I will have to book another taxi but don't worry I will get the money refunded the next day. I explained they had already taken £5 from my account now i have to pay another £5 and wait another 30 mins for another driver. She said no you hadn't paid it will go into your account tommorow. They couldn't understand that the £5 taken from my account was my last and only £5 so I couldn't book another taxi as there would be no funds in my account to pay for it the lady couldn't seem to understand the money they had already taken was the last of my money and the driver had left me stranded. The lady said there nothing she can do. Asked to speak to a manager and was told I have to email them to get a manager to call me back after doing this a month ago and wait 4 days for an incompetent baboon to call me back who seemed like he could barely wipe his own ass let alone manage a team of people but then again the people he's managing are less competent than he was. Money has now gone out of my account and hasn't been refunded it got taken as a no show. The thing is there are no other companies in the area so I have no choice but to use them. The staff and drivers hate the company and the new owners but then again they treat the customers like crap so they deserve it.
my daughter s 28 weeks pregent booked and paid forntaxi thru app but drivernsaid no payment has gone thru but according to the app and office payment had left but driver was saying it has mot henwas very angery verbally abusive snatched the phone out of her hand and stated henwill give it back once she paid cash and he threatened to take her back to the pick up pint he also locked the doors and imprisoned her but he let her out and she reported driver to the company and they said driver will not pick you up again not the sack and police have been informed
Had a taxi booked days in advance for an 11:00pm pick up from a wedding venue. They cancelled on the day at 10:40pm leaving us stranded with a cold 1 hour walk back to our hotel. They fundamentally didn't care.
Booked a taxi which they accepted- didn’t turn up and excuse was Ramadan - why did they accept the booking in the first place if they had no drivers -?3rd time this has happened! If you cannot fulfill the order don’t accept it please
