Awful customer service, extremely unhelpful when a taxi that was pre booked didn’t turn up. Very unhelpful and unwilling to provide another taxi within a reasonable timeframe. Definitely will not be using again.
Booked a cab for for 14.40 didn't come and got a text to say they were busy and would be with us as soon as possible.I had booked a venue and had to call them to explain our lateness.Got another automated text saying exactly the same.In the meantime my wife called them off the number she had booked on and no answer ?.When my wife got through she was cut off ?.l rang off my mobile and got through the operative said there were no taxis in our area.I explained we had booked for a specific time ie 14.40 but could not be given a time of arrival ?.After an hour and 20 mins I booked another operator.My original cab turned up at 16.25 ?? .I can safely say I won't be using this outfit again,and if you want reliability go elsewhere.
Dishonest drivers. Used ro be good a long time ago. Now have dodgy drivers that pull up with a meter running at £8.50. When I phoned tp complain why a fare that normally cis £15.50 jumped to £21 , the manager (Dan) apparently refused to come to the phone, and instead asked me to send an email. Will never use this company again.
I was badly let down by A-B yesterday. I had booked a taxi for 6.00pm using the auto telephone service, to go to the theatre. It did not come. I rang the office several times, given several new promised arrival times and still no taxi. By then (about 6.30) I was really upset.I was told by the man on the desk that no available taxis were in the area, that drivers accepted the call then decided not to come because they did not want to go into the City and that booking on the auto telephone put me on low priority. He said I should have opted to speak to someone instead and that the long wait to be answered should have been worth it if I thought my booking was important. When I got upset he told me there was no need to raise my voice (I was nearly in tears by then). Finally a really nice and helpful lady answered and, after putting out an urgent call to drivers, got a taxi to come just before 7.00pm. I got to my seat in the theatre 10 minutes before curtain up with no time for refreshments. I had booked a return taxi earlier when I rang to confirm my 6.00 booking. I cancelled it and jumped into the first vacant cab I saw as I no longer trusted A-B and as senior woman, alone in the city at night, felt vulnerable. Very upsetting experience.
Tonight's driver was rude and complaining about the length of my journey. Has told me multiple times he wished he hadn't picked me up. Bad attitude in front of my 7 year old son who was quite scared of him as he was complainingabout other drivers. Will not use company again.
Had to wait over 40 mins for a taxi to even be dispatched to me. When I called them company two times they couldn’t offer any assistance. This is a joke. Shame there isn’t any other taxi company’s in Telford to use. Not the first time it’s happened
Awful. Prebooked a taxi night before for 8.30am the next day. Didn't turn up on time and after I rang the office, they said it would be 10 mins late. Taxi came after 20 mins and the person in the office said this is due to a lack of drivers....ok....Well then don't tell me my taxi is booked then so at least I can find somebody else who can. Also some of the people who answer the phones need some elocution lessons in how to speak to the public.
An absolute disgrace of a company, they turned up this morning 50 minutes late after accepting my booking yesterday and taking my money in advance, the operators lie to you, are rude and sarcastic and the company are a disorganised at best, and at worst, fraudulent. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY! They will steal your money and not turn up for the job.
Very rude driver Wolverhampton area GREY VAUXHALL REG: VE62 MX*. He told me to get off his car only because I told him to not use a horn while he waits outside.
Do not use this company, the only thing they are good at is being consistently late and the drivers cancelling once they've accepted. Again plans have been ruined by them!
Some seriously dangerous/inexperienced drivers working for this company. Their reputation never improves because all their drivers are self employed and the company doesn't care. Almost gave my partner a heart attack yesterday at the jiggers roundabout near the covid centre, driver had no intention of stopping to give way and nearly crashed into us, then he had the nerve to tailgate my partner after she dropped me off when it was HIS error! He's bloody lucky I wasn't in the car at that point! About time this company ended to be honest. Your drivers are terrible, your customer service is terrible and because you've monopolized all the taxi companies we've no choice but to use you. Just go away.

Steer clear of this driver: Bright Kwarteng. Vehicle registration: NG61 HNO Today I had to book a taxi for my mom, who recently had an operation, so she’s quite vulnerable at the moment. I’ve used this company before and expected the driver to take good care of her, getting her home safe. I was wrong. The taxi was paid for, by me via ApplePay. The payment went through, and I have the screenshot to prove it. But this taxi driver accused my mother of not paying, shouting and screaming at her. He continued to scream at her until she ran into the house. She suffers with anxiety and was feeling unwell due to her recent operation, so I was appalled to hear about her experience. This driver is aggressive, saw a vulnerable older woman and tried to make her pay AGAIN. This is a warning to anyone using this taxi company: if you see this mans name or vehicle registration when you book through the app, cancel it or request a different driver. My mom is lovely and polite, so I can assure she did nothing to deserve this sort of reaction. I’m absolutely disgusted.
I’ve just had the nicest of drivers taking me from Ellesmere to Shrewbury and back again, I’ve had more good experiences with drivers than bad ones, so I try sticking to the same drivers, so thumbs up for my driver today. He was pleasant, had good conversations, I’d definitely use this again. Thank you for time today
Very poor service booked taxis and paid for it at 8pm to be picked up at 12pm no taxi arrived ended up cancelling and walking 3.5 miles to our hotel in the pouring rain because there was no taxis else where to take us back 😢 I expected once booked and pay for your taxis is secure not with this taxi company don't bother pre booking to be let down .
If i could give them a 0 i would, ordered a taxi this morning and my fiancee went to grab the handle of the door to get into the taxi and he sped off! Absolutley disgraceful he then drove off fully away from our street and then decided 5 minutes later that he wanted to come back and actually pick us up....to wich he didn't even speak to us or say sorry to us for what he did...he then drove like an absolute lunatic and nearly crashed 3 times to wich his car kept cutting out and had to keep putting hazard lights on. I'm actually disgusting with the manners of him. I can say when i rang about complaining, there was a lovely lady who sympathised with us and actually listened to what i had to say because me and my fiancee and the call handler was shocked at what had happened.... Honestly so disappointed with it!!...
Terrible. If you need a taxi to get to work in the morning DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Even booking the night before using the app doesn’t guarantee you a taxi apparently. It all depends on how many drivers are available at the time?????? And if you live out of the Wellington area apparently it makes it harder to get a driver nearby. How is this a fit for purpose taxi service???? Telford needs to sort out the situation with taxi services once and for all as this is shocking and only getting worse…….
I try to avoid using this service as have had bad experiences in the past and know a lot of others have too but I had to today. From the get go the driver was rude, I said hello to which he completely ignored me. We got to my home and unfortunately my card declined (I had been sent a new one a couple of weeks ago and just hadn’t updated my details on the app). Immediately he got angry. I apologised, explained why and that I will call the office to pay over the phone and went to get out, he said, “No, you don’t get out until you have paid”… I was literally on my driveway, it wasn’t as if I was going to run away or anything. I was in complete shock, shaking and felt so uncomfortable. He whole demeanour was scary and made me feel unsafe. I asked him for the telephone number to call as I booked through the app and he started to get aggressive looking through his glove compartment and throwing things around! I called the office and explained the situation and the lady was extremely helpful, she sent me a link and I paid straight away. I told him and he didn’t believe me?!!! I put her on speaker and asked her to confirm and he asked her again. At this point I just got out of the car. I stayed on the phone and asked to put in an official complaint, I was so scared and shocked. Imagine who else he has done this to and will continue to. I suggest you look at your drivers as this is totally unacceptable behaviour, absolute disgusting! I can assure you that I will NEVER be using your firm again and I will ensure everyone that I speak to knows about my experience today. Absolutely vile and unacceptable behaviour treating a young woman like this! I just want to thank the woman who I spoken with as she made me feel safe and I understand it wasn’t her fault at all.
I had a taxi home after doing a shop at tesco, I thought the driver was very rude, he saw my crisps on top of my shopping and said they were crap, what's it got to do with him. And on way home he said they were chap a least twice more, he complained about other drivers and pedestrians in car park .I will not have another taxi again. I don't have a taxi, to be insulted about my shopping

On a Friday night you expect some business but not this-you’d expect sufficient drivers
