Oct 31,2021Worst experience booked a taxi in advance in the week for the weekend asking for a minibus or 2 cars and we ring 15 mins before our taxi was due to arrive and took 30 mins to get to speak to someone For them to then tell us it’s a 40 min wait we waited the 40 mins them rang up again taking another 10 mins to get through and then they said they will be another 25, eventually a car turns up but I ordered a mini bus or 2 cars, so half of us got left behind at the venue the man promised he would come straight back to her the rest of us but he never i then waited another 40 mins for the next car and eventually got home at 2.30am, shocking! Will be the last time I use this taxi company absolutely ridiculous.

Oct 26,2021Blame there customers for there card paying system that failed to go through even tho we received a message saying it had my friend was told by 3 different unhelpful and rude drivers to get out and drove off, the first wouldn’t except air pay and would only except cash up front my friend was 3 hours late and as a result I couldn’t find another sitter and had to call in sick I let my boss down, it then happened the very next day after stupidly giving them a second chance this time the taxi man was very rude and told us to get out. I refused as I was unsafe and it was paid on the app by someone who has better things to do than book cars with no money it’s a joke, the taxi driver was clearly angry and was driving wreck fully going up curbs and speeding I was going to ask him if he had been drinking, get your b ep sorted and trying to be greedy saving time and getting through more calls and take the card payment over the phone like you did and worked perfect people don’t mind waiting if they get the very best service. You won’t have any customers if you just be greedy it’s the customer who keeps your company and staff going.

Oct 25,2021I followed a gocarz taxi today down the m6 motorway as I was joining the slip road to exit the motorway at junction 10 one of your drivers deliberately cut me up and considering one of your quotes is safety is at the top of your list is a joke I had 3 children in the back of the car all under 15 years of age your driver was also jestering at me and flashing his lights at me as I went passed him I have all this on my dash cam and even have the drivers face, car and registration plate if you value your life I wouldn't use this taxi service

Oct 24,2021Totally Unreliable A friend booked taxi day before evening out to ensure we could get home afterwards. She received a message saying taxi arrived 15 mins early, we rushed to pick-up point arriving before arranged time and she received a further message saying taxi waiting but there wasn’t a taxi waiting and a taxi did not turn up as arranged! Terrible company prepared to leave women in town centre late at night. Will not consider using again!

Oct 24,2021Would give it a 0 if I could. Pre booked over an hour and a half so had enough time to get to work. Shift had started and taxi not even dispatched, called the operated, waste of oxygen if you ask me, couldn’t even tell me when it was going to be dispatched late for work unreliable.

Oct 23,2021WAS TOLD NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM BUT DECIDED TO GIVE THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT …how wrong was we If I could put a minus 0 I would …DONT EVER USE THIS TAXI FIRM …booked a week in advance as we required a specific time 430…445 arrived called office to be told we was out of area and that she couldn’t say when the taxi would arrive🤦♀️….called again after 10 minutes to see if they could give me an eta spoke with Mitchelle to be told again that a time could not be given ..explained that I had got to be somewhere and that was why a specific time was required …PLEASE IF U NEED A TAXI FOR A CERTAIN TIME DONT USE …I was told that a time could not be given although at time if booked was not told this ..what was the point in prebooking ….WASTE OF TIME …had ticket booked for venue that was also lost as we could not get there NEVER WVER WOULD I RECOMMED OR USE

This service is ridiculous booked a taxi for my children at 6.50 am rang 3 times as taxi hadn’t arrived by 8.50 to be told aggressively and rudely that it could be anything up to 1.5 hours when I tried to ask why I had the phone put down on me . During this time I had a car dispatched for the driver to then decide he didn’t fancy coming this way. Apparently it’s down to the drivers discretion if he wants to take a job or not. My advice is don’t ever book with this company they couldn’t organise a p**S up in a brewery!!!

Oct 19,2021I’m a manager of a nightclub in Wolverhampton and Saturday evening I needed a taxi very quick for one of my customers. This taxi turned up within minutes as she put it as priority. The lady on the phone was so so helpful! I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely. Never experienced anything like this with a taxi firm. I will be recommending Go Carz to all my customers! Just want to say a massive thank you!!

Oct 18,2021If i could add 0 stars I would! I pre ordered a taxi 2 weeks in advance for after a night out thinking pre ordering one would be safer for 2 females out getting home ok. The taxi never arrived and when we contacted them they said they were really busy and couldn’t tell us when they would be coming. We called a family member to collect us. Stupidly I gave them another change and again pre ordered a taxi for collection to the train station. Yet again they didn’t arrive and had to phone round family and just made the train. Again taxi pre ordered for our return from the train station after our night out, Surely they can’t fail to collect a 3rd time but yes they did! Because it was late I had to walk the 1hr 15 minutes home. Shocking company!

Oct 10,2021I would leave minus star if possible. Had taxi from Wolverhampton two picks up £8.80, Same journey on way back £14. I had been on a day out to Blackpool with my daughter and grandchilden. When I arrived home only had £10 so was going to get change from inside house but I was locked out. The taxi driver who had also made two mobile phone calls NOT hands free on way back, was rude abusive and aggressive reduced me to tears shouting in my face to go to cash point, it was 1.30am in the morning!! (in the morning as the coach had been delayed by a motorway accident. I said I would sent money by app as I couldn' t get into to house to give him the £4 he was really vile shouting and screaming on my drive, went back to my daughters house at 1.45am and she paid the £4. He ruined what had been a lovely day out. AVOID this firm unless you want to be abused and overcharged. It UBER all the way now for me. I would NOT recommend and wont be using again!!

Oct 10,2021Over a 1000 cars but can never turn up!!!! Don’t promise you can do a job if you can’t be bothered to even turn up. The drivers should not be aloud to pick and choose there jobs. Waste of of space company!!! 1 star review!!! lol

Oct 02,2021Booked a taxi over the phone for my 3 children, asked the price and was told it was booked. Taxi didnt arrive, I rang back and was told that they don't send taxis to out of area locations without prepayment. At no point was I made aware of that, I received no text messages. 3 teenagers left waiting in the rain with cash. Absolutely unacceptable.

Oct 01,2021Absolutely disgusting company, I book the same taxi 3 times a week and ask for it to be a wait a return and it's never a problem until today... being spoke to like an idiot by the taxi driver lol... you all need to be sent on a customer services course because your attitude is disgusting.... speak to me like crap and you best be ready for a tonne of it in return! You best take the instruction part off the app if we can't ask for a wait and return...

Nov 03,2021Disgrace of a taxi service booked hours ahead of booking to get home from work and when they didn’t turn up they told me 40 minutes late yet I was still sat at the side of the road 1.30 minutes later and still couldn’t allocate a taxi. On the app drivers were rejecting the job cos they couldn’t be bothered to do there job. So disappointed always been a loyal costumer not anymore !!
