We just had a booking with REF: SD67 DZ a blue SKODA. The driver saw us waiting and completely drove past us and left. The driver apparently is our neighbor who we had no issues with but seems so be extremely racist towards our family who is of black Caribbean decent. This is extremely disrespectful and unfortunate for a company to hire racist staff who are proud to just ignore the work. IT IS YOUR JOB. Whatever issue you have with our family being black should not reflect in your work. I am hopeful that this will be looked into thoroughly.

Pre booked a taxi for a hospital appointment. Didn’t turn up and was told the drivers just pick up bookings if they can. Why would you text to confirm the booking and as for the cost to the NHS - unbelievable.
Customer service was RUDE & hanged up. Driver can’t even coke to the right place

Do not rent a car! This company is not reliable. After one month they take took money from your MasterCard. They took more than 2.000 € from my account.

Let down again by go carz... on Xmas eve Yet again confirmed the order for 6 people then came out with a nonsense excuse when we called to ask where they were after the driver hung up on me.... Useless company- wouldn't recommend
About 10 taxis I’ve had over the last 2 weeks have came 10 minutes early.The drivers are ringing my phone early in the morning waking up my whole house.There really is no need if you book it for a set time that’s the time you want it for.I wasn’t happy the one day and was rudely told by the driver it’s good I am early for you and your lucky to get a taxi over here where you are.Which is a complete load of nonsense.My only guess is that because it’s a short 3 mile fare the jobs being rushed.Not impressed
Driver number 1008, name Khoajon refused to wear a face mask and has nothing up to show he is exempt. There was no screen up instead of wearing a face mask. The car was also dirty. In the current climate this is unacceptable.
Me and my partner have always used go cars. We booked a taxi from Bridgnorth to Shifnal, the app told us that there were no cars available until after 12 a.m. so we booked for 12 and the price went from £15 to £23 understandably. When entering a taxi we were then told the price was going to be £34 50 as there were four of us and a 6 seater taxi was booked. We were not happy with this as the price now doubled considering the taxi ended up arriving before 11. 50 anyway. when speaking to the operator we were told that the price can change infinitely in comparison to what the app says. We have never had this problem before or and it has now tainted our experience from what used to be a reasonable taxi company. It is safe to say that we are very unlikely to use the company again.

Been using go cars since 2011 and this is the second time ive been scammed. Black honda reg: AX59 UKH took £8 for a journey from blackenhall to portobello wich always has costed me £6.10. this company seriously need to keep their drivers in check. I know that thats not a lot of money to some people but it is to me. Next time this happens go cars is gonna get sued.
I have been using go carz for a number of years going to and from work at least 5 days a week. Now the normal Shrewsbury drivers know me and my disabilities and I have no problems. Unlike the drivers who have come from Telford Dudley and Wolverhampton. I have been putting on the notes must be able to sit in front passenger seat, and it's there job to read the notes, not come to pick me up then try and force me to get in the back, when I cant. What makes me so mad is when i went back to work after being off cause of vivid 19, I rang the operators up to ask if this would be a problem and they told me NO as they know I cant travel in the back. I'm so cross
5star for the female driver who practiced french with me, not for the company.didn't know gocarz had a cutie female driver. for the very 1st time in my life i was picked up by a female driver with dreadlocks, pretty lady who got me to practise french and spanish. very friendly polite, clean car, nice smell, great drive. best driver ive ever had. fingers crossed i'll see her again. other drivers ive had were plain boring in them dirty cars.
Caution Stay alert and beat the Virus. Do not use this company as they and their drivers are not following the government rules. I live near one of their drivers and has just got back from India after being there before lockdown and the whole family have NOT self isolated since their arrival back to the UK. Their driver has been working from day 1 of arriving in the country and have had loads of visitors at their house, so you could guarantee to get covid 19 if you get into his taxi.
If I could, I would give it no stars!!! Apparently I like to pre book a taxi after a 12.5hr shift with the incorrect address of my place of work. Even though I double checked that they had the hospital name postcode number and street name. The previous 4 taxis that I used from this firm 2 arrived whilst the others were waiting elsewhere. To top it off, on calling my taxi to find out were it was, I got called A Liar by the driver who accussed me of giving the wrong address with the fare being mire then previously. So no, I would not recommend this taxi company who shows extremely poor customer service. And the one thing I am not and that is a liar.

Didn’t turn up at the location once finally getting there after trying to argue with me on the phone stated if he had to wait 10 more minutes he would of left and took my money as I paid on air pay. Yet it was his fault he couldn’t find the location, once got to the estate I live he asked to drop me off at the local primary school not the adress I asked and had paid for once I said no a little further up he was huffing and blowing, very rude, clearly doesn’t like his job and was just not very welcoming what so ever, with go carz I find some drivers you have can be lovely and make u feel so comfortable and others are horrible and make u feel on edge the whole journey!
