GoodLife Home shows this fundamental principle with chooses of policy and of course; a very important ingredient, the employees. Your employee, Janette Heyl, has worked with my husband and I, Steve and Lynn Illes to start and complete our reverse mortgage. She has been business all the way through the process but also showed a bed side manor and understanding. Janette also helped our reverse mortgage go through in timely manner so that our reverse mortgage was completed before I had my hip replacement surgery. She accomplished a lot for us and for your company. I'd like to have her recognized for her work and I hope that happens. If anybody deserves recognition, Janette Heyl is the candidate.

My understanding is my loan was his first with this company and he handled himself very well to be a new employee for them. Jan 21,2022At first we thought that getting this loan was going to easy, but when we hit a bump in the road Janette Heyl ( the person we were working with ) was right there with the answer and how to fix it. We could call Janette any day or time we needed her and she would ALWAYS return our calls or answer the e-mail we would send her. Janette we right there from the first day to the day of closing. It felt good knowing that the person on the other end of the phone knew what she was doing and not trying to blow smoke. Great Company to do business with and I will tell my friends about this Company.

Jan 05,2022I wanted to refinance a reverse mortgage since my house has substantially increased in value. I started a discussion with Dave Schulte. After he submitted a proposal I had 10 questions that I supplied in an email. I made it clear that I wanted answers in writing because I had been lied to my other reverse mortgage lenders. Dave called me not once but twice and told me he would answer my questions over the phone; that he did not have time to type my answers. I DO NOT TRUST DAVE.
