I have been very fortunate to have worked with Dave Schulte while renewing my Reverse Mortgage. He made himself available to me during the entire lending process. Dave encouraged me to call him if I had any questions. If he was not 100 percent certain of the answer, he would contact the most knowledgeable person to get that answer and he called me either later that day or the first thing the next day. If Dave felt that person could give me a more complete answer to the question, he arranged for me to call that person directly. That is professionalism. I am so thankful that I found Izabella at Good Life. I was involved with another company to refi my reverse but was having so many problems the deal was becoming a bad one for me. I found Izabella who not only took over and quickly resolved all the issues, but actually beat the terms of the other deal too! I have never had a mortgage process go so smoothly or close so quickly. Izabell is someone who you can trust and that should say a lot these days. I highly recommend her especially for having best-in-class customer service and follow-up skills and well as being highly knowledgeable and professional.

Once again I have been privileged to work with what I believed to be a very sincere and helpful loan agent in Mr. Dave Schulte. He was instrumental in assisting us last year with a non monetary reverse mortgage. I selected GoodLife from a list on Reverse Mortgage companies because it had no complaints and fortunately I had Dominick as my loan officer. In every respect he was superb. When I had scheduled an appraisal prior to the required Consulting and with with a man of my choice, Dominick informed me of the required procedures keeping me from serious mistakes. My wife has already referred Dominick to friend as a man who can be trusted. He rates a perfect 10!
