We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Jan 02,2025Pretty smooth process although kept getting asked to provide money laundering documentation proof which we had already provided several months before so think the filing system could be more efficient or easier to locate all files pertaining to the case, however that said all queries were answered pretty quickly via portal and our case handler Jessica Johnson was super thorough and very helpful even calling us when necessary to ensure no delay in completion date - would not hesitate to recommend Gordons, fairly priced and very efficient service thank you

He was really efficient, the only slight improvement for Gordon’s would be to make their secure web portal more mobile phone and user friendly like others in the market. It was hard to respond quickly by phone when trying to read minute text. Other than that, good value and personable service. Well done Sammy, Gordon’s you’ve got yourselves a goodun!
