We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Nov 29,2024I have just used Gordon's property lawyers to help me complete my remortgage, I was referred them by my mortgage broker. The whole process from start to finish took 2 weeks which really impressed me, they use an online portal which keeps you up to date with what stage you are at. Lizette Okyere was handling my case and was very informative and quick to respond(within a couple of hours)to any and all of my queries. I was kept informed throughout if there were any issues which could then be actioned quickly. Overall I am very impressed with Gordon's property lawyers and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend then

Nov 23,2024Communication is poor. Don't make promises to return a call, and then don't. Simply passing on repeated requests for items from the buyers attorneys without investigating and clarifying what the issue is -This went on for weeks. Making your documents clear about where to sign, this shouldn't be difficult. Improve your QA processes, taking 2 weeks to pick up that a document was not correctly signed is very poor.
