We look after the legal side of residential property sales, purchases and remortgage. We act for corporate clients, 'High Street' Lenders and individuals wishing to change their mortgage product from one brand to another.
We are based in Maidenhead but provide services to customers and clients nationwide. We are available for personal meetings with our local clients and available on the phone for our clients who are based elsewhere in the country.

Lizette kept us up to date with emails and telephone conversations and was always available if we needed to discuss anything. Gordons’ fees are very competitive and the preparation and completion was handled very expertly. We would not hesitate to recommend Gordons.

Dec 10,2024Very disappointed service as I was told the redemption figures request been sent to my existing lender and found out a week after no request received which was confirmed by my existing lender when I contacted . I had to pay my interest due to delay of this as I was on standard interest rate . I simply wasted money paying as interest due to this delay . Pay fees for nothing like service they offer . I would not recommend to anyone .

Dec 02,2024My experience with Gordons was pretty good. The only real issue I had was being kept up to date. In one case they were waiting for some info from me, but hadn't sent me a message to let me know they needed it. The best way to get around this is to make sure you check their portal every day, every section of it to make sure there is nothing needing your attention. This ended well for me, but if I hadn't messaged them a week before completion to check everything was going well, my mortgage completion might have been delayed
