My experience so far with Grainger has been exceptional. After living elsewhere in town and dealing a number of tenancy managers, Luke Pollard has been the most attentive by far. Luke has looked after us really well, checking up on us and informing us that if we need anything at all we can just drop him an email. He always answers the phone and can’t do enough for you. I've only moved to a flat managed by Grainger in the last month, and so far have no complaints. They are well organised and keen to ensure that I'm aware of their app and the various support on hand with their team. In particular their agent Luke Pollard checks in regularly to make sure that we have everything we need.

All the staff were all extremely helpful during the move in. Deanne was amazing when organising it and keeping us updated on the application process, helping us move in as soon as possible. Rachel was great during the induction, and was very helpful throughout answering any questions I had. The whole process was as simple as it could be, and I couldn't fault the service!
