It was my initial engagement with the team and my review is based on the application process to obtain the tenancy agreement. The team was very efficient and helpful throughout the process. What makes this process easy is that all was done remotely considering my current location. It is easier for people who are new and have no contact in the city. I hope my tenancy will also be good in the months ahead as was the case during my application.

Efficiency is very fast! The staff responded promptly and patiently to all my questions. Thanks to Deanne Coss who has been communicating with me, he is patient and polite. As a foreigner, I think this is a very good company to start my first step to study in the UK. I am looking forward to staying here!

I have been renting an apartment from Grainger for around 4 years. I am writing to express my gratitude and how impressed I am with team, especially the Portfolio Manager Louise, who has helped a lot recently with sorting out issues relating to the hot water supply in the apartment. She acted swiftly and rectified the issue within days, always keeping in contact throughout. Through Louise keeping in regular touch, I felt like a valued tenant. She really is an absolute credit in the the company.

The Grainger team were a massive help when applying for my new apartment. There were a few issues with the process but Deanne helped and made sure everything was sorted and all my questions were answered

Lived at Tribe New Islington for 2 years and received excellent service from Mark Weeden and Martin Blatchley. They were always helpful and responsive which contributed to my time enjoyed living there.

I lived in Grainger New Islington Manchester for two years. It was a lovely place to live. The management team was really supportive and responsible. They were always ready to help you. Building and furnitures were new. The heating was gas and isolation was really good. I was on the top floor and barely needed to turn on the heating. I would like to thanks to the Manchester Grainger team and also special thanks to Mark and Martin for all supports.

Myself and my best friend have been living together for 2 years. Our year at Grainger has been the best in terms of property management support. Our property manager Louise has been excellent throughout and would recommend to anyone to use Grainger when renting.

We are living on Gilders Yard, Birmingham. We couldn’t be happier. Perfect place to live. Management is really professional, when you need any support, they are ready to help you. Building is not old. Furnitures are new on fully furnished flat. 7/24 gym and complimentary high speed internet make this flat better. Isolation is really good. You can keep flat warm with 1 hour open heaters. Once you open heaters for 1 hour in the mornings, flat will be warm all day. Front desk workers are lovely, problem solvers and supportive on all requests. Special thanks to Connor for all supports during renting procedures. And Also I would like to thanks yo Zara and Sonia for all supports during and after move in. We love living here!

20/10/2023 at 3pm as organised/ stated in emails was our moving in day, or so we thought. We received an email stating that we will not be getting the keys until the following day. It wasn’t until I complained that this was great inconvenience that I then received an email confirming the correct moving day and the next steps when entering the building. Finally get into our new place and it wasn’t until the kites were handed over to us that we looked at the place, with a few faults. The unit that holds the fridge and freeze had a chip taken out of the side of it, two of the hooks that hold the blinds had come out of the wall, a faulty washing machine which is still not in use ( over a month later) we had a handy man to fix the washing machine but got told he can’t touch it, it’s the manufacturer that has fitted it issue. We have sent numerous emails to Grainger for an update or any information on when we are likely to get a new washing machine. We have a cracked tile in the bathroom near the towel rail, we have a faulty towel rail which blown the fuse board twice. No water, no heating and no lights, sitting in complete darkness at this time of the year. We have been in this apartment 5 weeks and it’s been one thing after another! It’s getting to the point of do I contact citizens advice and CMA which has been advised from another landlord. I won’t be renewing our contract.

I have rented for the past 17 years and I have to say that the last 4 1/2 with Grainger have been the most stress free and easy of them all! Grainger are so much more professional and reactive than your average high street letting agent - when they say they’re going to do it, they actually do! I have recently bought a house so I’m no longer renting but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grainger to anyone looking for a rental. My property manager Louise was amazing - so helpful and so on the ball! Thank you Louise!

From the start of my moving process I was put in touch with Deanna. My current living circumstances at the time were less than ideal due to finishing university and leaving student living accomodation. Deanna was so quick and prompt with her responses, keeping anxieties and stresses at a minimum. Any difficulties or barriers we would usually struggle to overcome, such as gaining references etc were put at ease by Deanna as she was always offering solutions and in a timely manner. Skip to 7 days later and me and my partner our now in our first home together. We had a virtual tour of the property which is the exact property we have moved into. There was no unexpected surprises (apart from a dishwasher which was a BONUS), everything we submitted was reviewed and dealt with quickly with no waiting around. I would 100% recommend Grainger to anyone looking for a new home, and if they are lucky enough to have Deanna as their agent throughout the experience then I'm sure they'll be as pleased as my partner and I with the service they'll receive. Thank you again

I have moved to Adley Apartments in October. Grainger team was very professional and helpful during the whole process. Wesley was very responsive during the renting time, he made things easier for us. Erelinda at the reception is a real problem solver, she comes with solution to anything. Its been a good experience.

This is my first time in my life to move out and rent my own property and I really appreciate how patient and friendly Rachel is to answer all my queries and provides me prompt update of the flats vacancies. Without Rachel, I don’t believe I can move into such a great apartment that fits my budget and requirement. Thanks Rachel! And thanks Grainger for the smooth renting procedure. Even I’m a first time tenant, I still feel everything is clear during the rental process and the moving in. Everything is smooth. Thanks the team!

I came across Grainger plc on Rightmove when I was searching for an apartment and they were swift in their response to my enquiries. Deanne was the agent who handled my application and she was superb. She was very patient and guided myself and my partner through our application process effectively. I especially love the fact that she is easily accessible which was very helpful. I definitely recommend their services.
