Deanne Coss is Fantastic!!!!! amazing help from first contact, answered all questions throughout the whole procedure of finding a flat, and smoothest experience possible till the end arranging the procedure very efficiently. And of course showing me around. 🙂 Special thanks to Jessica Howe!!! as well, with all contracts and payments and all help and support. 🙂 Fantastic help as well. Great experience and staff and big thanks to the whole team🙂

The first moment we walked into the building, his mannerism and enthusiasm made me excited about doing the apartment tours to choose the one we would call home. The process of onboarding and getting references done was a bit daunting as it took a while, but Jack was with us all through the period and letting us know what to do to help get sorted! Jack was totally supportive and always hands on with any information we needed and we rate him 5 star for being a STAR! Thank you Jack!

The agent explained everything in full details with transparency. The back office team responded with lightening speed. The team at reception was absolutely polite and courteous. They replied to all questions with promptness. Online documentation and referencing was also smooth and convenient. Signing was finalised in just four days. Truly impressed with their top class professionalism.

On 3/10/23, I made a query about the apartment I was interested to, and in less than an hour an agent (Deanne Coss) contacted me through WhatsApp helping me with all the necessary info. The next day I started the process for renting the apartment which was really smooth and straightforward. Within 5 working days everything was set and done! I want to mention also, the crucial role of agent Rebecca Stein. She is a very kind, polite and helpful lady that helped me instantly on each of the final steps in order to finalize the let agreement. Based on the above my experience up until the day of this review, was great!

I also appreciated not being treated differently because of my accent or appearance as I was with other letting agents. Renting should be adjusted only on ones ability to rent here and pay. I appreciate it all around! Judging by all the positive reviews I've read, I made the right decision.

Nov 09,2023I had a great experience renting with this company, right from moving in, to processing my deposit return. This is the most hustle free renting experience I have had so far. They were so quick at responding to repair requests, and Louise- the apartment manager at Freshfeilds was always very quick at responding to any inquiries I had. I would definitely recommend them.
