She was very patient and answered all our questions adequately as this is our first time moving into such a property. Showed us different options that were within our budget and even gave some helpful tips and information. She even followed up after to ensure we were happy with everything. He displayed excellent communication throughout the application process, was thorough and detailed when explaining and very understanding when it came to the urgency with which we needed things to be complete. I have now been living at the property for over 6 months. 10/10 experience.

He helped me and my partner to find the ideal flat for us at Kew Bridge Court, and he made the whole process simple and smooth. He stayed in contact with email and phone calls, advised us on the next steps and how to secure the property, and answered all our questions quickly and fully. Even after we moved in at the property, he wanted to check in and ask if we were happy with him and Grainger's service. I am very impressed by his dedication and customer care, and I would highly recommend Jack and Grainger Plc to anyone looking for a rental property in London. Apr 11,2024We rented with Grainger from 2021 until March 2024 and we had nothing but an excellent experience. The one time we had a problem with a leaking toilet the portfolio manager Louise Spooner helped this to be resolved within a couple of days. Good company.

Apr 05,2024During my apartment search in March, I was fortunate to connect with Jack through a friend's recommendation. Jack quickly provided me with several options and offered valuable insights to assist me in making a decision. Since I was renting from Hong Kong, he provided detailed authorization information and clear instructions for the process. After finalizing my decision, Corrina, the tenancy progressor, promptly reached out to me. She guided me through the tenancy agreement signing process and facilitated rent payment. Her patient demeanor and willingness to address all my inquiries made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I must say it was an exceptional experience. I am eagerly looking forward to moving into my new place!

Apr 04,2024Good concierge and friendly staff but ending tenancy has not been great. Needs more transparency on inspection prior to leaving. It seems pointless to have an inspection to highlight areas prior to moving to then have whole additional list not mentioned and then charged. My advice is take photos of EVERY area prior to leaving as you need evidence to dispute. You actually cannot progress through the check out inventory report if you disagree so you are forced to agree even if you don't. Not great system, not a great ending.

Mar 26,2024Thanks a lot,Louis, for your support throughout the tenure with 14 Hollies lane. We had an amazing experience with you. We always had immediate support and responses for any kind of repairs or enquiries or complaints we raised. The inventory management was also brilliant. We could clearly witness the genuine processing of our check-out process and continous updates in the entire tenancy. We would love to stay in the property but had to move on due to personal reasons. We miss the home and also the tenancy with Grainger.

She was very responsive and could answer all our questions in a very timely manner. Overall the whole process has been really smooth and made a stressful time very easy. Isaac was great, welcomed us in to our new home and also super helpful answering any questions and sorting out any problems. I couldn’t recommend Grainger more! Special shout-out to Deanne who has been so helpful throughout this whole process! She is super friendly, answers all questions and all round fantastic! Thank you :)
