Absolutely excellent service for my viewing in Sheffield at Tilt Works. - It was mostly online and through WhatsApp, which worked perfectly for my busy schedule - The video tour of the apartments were accurate to what existed in person - Naseem gave me a fantastic personalised viewing. She was polite, friendly, and wasn't pushy. She sealed the deal for me! - The process after agreeing to rent was also incredibly smooth. Grainger is delivering a service for the 21st Century, while so many other agents are in the stone age.
Upon having made an enquiry about a property to rent in Croydon I have received a call from a gentleman . He went through the standard questionnaire and asked me how many people would be renting the property. I prontly said myself and my daughter. He unbelievable without any questions presumed that my daughter was a child . And probably though i could not afford to rent the property in question. Well Grainger my daughter is 35 years old . We both full time employed with a joint income of £100k per year. Not really impressed with the person in question from this agency
This is the second year that I am going to stick with Grainger's lettings team. They have been great with my moving arrangements and helped me with any questions that I had.

I had a fantastic experience with Colette Taylor at Grainger. She made the referencing process exceptionally smooth and was incredibly helpful throughout. The building is wonderful, featuring a stunning view and lively communal areas. The gym is also impressively well-equipped. I can't thank Colette enough for her dedication and for going the extra mile to ensure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend!

Deanne was really welcoming and had multiple flats ready to show us when we were only expecting to see 1. This was so helpful so we could find the best flat for us. She also really listened to our price range and preferences. We agreed on a flat during the viewing as it was so thorough. It has also been really easy to contact her since.
Joseph and Jack were really efficient, helpful and quick in addressing my inquiries concerning the viewing process and finalising my contract details. Look forward to moving in 🙂

Spent 8 months with a broken door which led to the outside (began in the winter and often had to mop up rain coming through into the apartment). Took £400 in excess rent for final payment despite being aware we were leaving. Almost 7 months ago since we left and haven’t received any communication as the lead tenant or a penny of my deposit back. Ignored repeatedly when trying to raise a complaint. Have now emailed every email available online for some sort of acknowledgement of the complaint and still no response for over a week. Horrific experience. ** your response requesting I send an email to your info inbox is blatantly just an attempt to make people on here think you are doing something about my complaint. I have contacted you at that address several times and haven’t had a single reply. I’ve now had to raise this with the ombudsman to ask you to reply. Horrific company with 0 concern for any of their customers.
I’d say the best property to live in Sheffield. The team is very professional and care about your enjoyment here, especially Jack in letting and Emma in reception team, they always very helpful and nice to you, not just being polite but truly care about everything you do. Thank you all!

My experience with grainger so far has been great Deanne really listened to us and gave us all the options and showed us every apartment we were discussing her answers were quick and she showed us everything we were looking for looking forward to moving in as im sure we would be happy.

Jul 02,2024One of the most unscrupulous landlords operating in the United Kingdom. Over a period of nearly 9 months, they've undertaken major building work to our block which has caused an unbelievable amount of disruption to the block's tenants. The contractors turned up unannounced almost everyday; and their working shoddy working practices caused flooding throughout the building and multiple properties within the building. During this period, Grainger hiked rents up by hundreds of pounds, clearly taking advantage of a rental market in which they know that they can replace unhappy tenants at the drop of a hat. Any reasonable landlord would either offer rent reductions or at the very least rent freezes. It's clear that the "Customer First" marketing slogans on their website are little more than platitudes compared to their profit-driven-at-all-costs operating model. The property manager is completely uninterested in providing any compensation nor apology - instead preferring to provide perfunctory "computer says no" statements. Avoid at all costs.
