Sep 26,2023Deanne was so great, really helpful and always had the information to hand to help us with our queries. Whenever we contacted Deanne she got back to us in no time and was always happy to answer our questions. Deanne did a tour of the building, showing us different types of property and trying to match us with flats that would meet our needs. We found the perfect space and Deanne talked us through the process and was there to answer questions whenever we weren’t sure. Couldn’t ask for more, really great!

My husband and I just moved into our awesome apartment at Hawkins and George in Bristol with the help of our super patient and kind letting agent Connor Manuel. He walked us through all the processes from beginning to end and made it all seem easy. Now that we’re at our apartment, we’ve had the best help from all the staff at reception- Olivia, Craig, Owen and Sarah. A big plus is the stunning rooftop terrace with views of the city! We are going to enjoy our stay here!

The entire process from inquiry, referencing, letting and support was amazing with the professional support of Rachel Ofili. Her approach and response helped in making my decision quick. The tenancy progressor, Corrina was very helpful as well. Overall, we love the property and service.

Sep 12,2023We just moved into a flat at The Forge in Newcastle upon Tyne. Our entire experience from first reaching out to Grainger until now that we have lived here for a week was excellent. All issues were resolved very quickly and communication was great. In particular, Deanne was very forthcoming and was always just a text away. Signing the agreement was easy (thanks Lewis) and the whole site team is great so far as well. We can highly recommend renting with Grainger and would do the same in a heartbeat.

One of their team members, Deanne, immediately struck me as professional the instant I contacted her. She took the time to carefully listen and comprehend my demands. She arranged viewing of the apartments, also provided a clear and concise explanation of the terms and conditions, eliminating any potential for misunderstanding. Deanne’s extraordinary passion and expertise deserve a special mention. When necessary, Deanne patiently gave me in-depth answers while patiently responding to all my queries. Deanne recognised that one size does not fit all and took the initiative to present me with various alternatives that better suited my preferences and budget. The outstanding quality of construction coupled with high-quality rooms would have been enough reason for praise alone. However, it is the exceptional service provided by professionals like Deanne that truly sets this establishment apart from others.
