Louise is great, attentive and clear when I had any questions. We had a few ups and downs (got locked out of our house in the first month- dodgy key!) that were all resolved in quick time and with quick response and action. Deposit check on leaving the property have been done quicker than expected and the whole experience has been great. I had a great time in my three years with Grainger and wish them the best.
We rented a place in Salford with Grainger and I can honestly say we've had a wonderful experience with Louise as our property manager. She is an asset to grainger! All issues with the property were addressed and fixed promptly.
I was a resident of Kings Dock Mill on Tabley Street in Liverpool. I found this tenancy to be the most stress free I have had in my life so far. The property manager Luke was so helpful from day one right up until the end of my tenancy 3 years later. He always responded very fast over email and ensured any defects were fixed in a matter of days. A special mention to Harry in the office who was always only too happy to help. Would definitely consider a Grainger property again because of this
Jemma Herring from the renewals team has been super lovely. Overall the experiance with Grainger is OK, but you have to bear in mind that you are renting from a company and not a private landlord. That has pros and cons. With so many properties in their portfolio, so much of your experiance will depend on the specific individuals you come into contact with and some are inevitably better than others. We have been lucky with Jemma who took the time to listen to us and explore some options. 4/5 because the flat is generally pretty good, admin is easy, things do get fixed eventually, staff are always friendly... but sometimes those on site are lacking in communication skills. I tend to be a bit forgiving though because they are all so young and probably not paid a huge amount!
Joseph cook and molli smyth have been absolute stars getting me set up. They’re so helpful and will go out of their way to give a great customer journey.
