Jul 25,2023Re: The Forge Site-Newcastle Upon Tyne 1. Very unstable staff during our staying that can not provide a consistent on site service (for concierge/parcel collection/reception etc.) 2. Always delayed response for arranging maintenance (not too mention washer not working first week of moving in) 3. Rent increase 150-300 every year 4. Parcel box broken for more than a year and on piles since 5. Unspecified deduction of deposit for cleaning and decorating (but it is just automatic add-on as this would happen anyway before new tenants moving in), would appreciate the honesty just putting it on a “fee” rather using the excuse for deposit deduction as a forccade 6. Some staff struggled to be able to communicate in English

Jul 17,2023I've been living in a top floor apartment at The Rock in Bury for 4 years and have been really impressed with Grainger. I never really had many issues only minor. When i raised any of these issues they were promptly resolved within a couple of day's. I want to mention the building Manager David Hancock who organised everything for me with the greatest of professionalism. Would not hesitate in recommending Grainger to my friends and family. Great Job Guys. DJ

The full process from start to finish has been extremely professional with no problems at all! Jul 28,2023We rent via Grainger in Liverpool and I can not explain how amazing the process has been. Easy key collection and the team are more than happy to help. Fiona Crask was always available and answered all our questions before moving in and was very helpful. Luke Pollard then contacted us upon move in and has been a massive help, answering any questions and was so helpful regarding furniture changes. Luke is really positive and is an asset to his company. Having had a range of experiences with prior landlords and letting agents, one especially awfully, Grainger and Luke have been a breath of fresh air and I recommend them to everyone I know who considers moving. We love our apartment, it is well looked after and everything is to a high standard. We have lived here for 3 months now and have had no issues and the apartments are well noise insulated.
