We are about to rent from Grainger and have found the process really smooth and hassle free. We have been assisted by Maria Kay who has been a massive help throughout the whole process, it is reassuring to have someone who is willing to assist with any queries along the way.
We have lived at our Grainger property in Salford for 3 years now and have renewed for 2 years - we absolutely love our flat and Grainger are exceptional in terms of the service and quality they provide. It's freshing to have a company that take care of their tenants. Our property manager is Louise who is simply wonderful. She is friendly, professional and is always on hand to help when it is needed. She clearly cares for the tenants and it shows. So a massive thank you to her, it's part of the reason we wanted to renew, knowing Louise would be on hand. Thank you Grainger!
I would like to appreciate Cara Quinn, Jack and Rebecca Stein for their assistance during my renting of an apartment at The Filaments, Manchester when I was outside UK in February 2023. They are professional and efficient so that I could rent an apartment very smoothly. Moreover, onsite services team at the Filaments was very helpful so that I could settle down quickly and easily when I arrived in mid April 2023.
I was dealing with a gentlemen called Jack Howe who made searching for my next home a breeze! His attention to detail and constant communication made my experience amazing. Would highly recommend getting in contact.

We are about to rent at Grainger for the second time because we liked it so much. Having just returned from travelling the lettings process is highly professional and efficient, with a friendly and competent process handled by Jack here in Sheffield. With a great location, modern and stylish apartments together with a friendly and welcoming team it genuinely feels like home.
Good and easy
I am going to move in and during the introduction and renting procedures, I found staffs related were nice, efficient and quick in response! However, I would suggest to improve the online payment system which I could not get in through with my debit card and my credit cards even though I shortened my address as advised by Grainger.
Joanne Wraith was more than helpful with my query. She was very responsive over email and I found that repairs were able to be logged and acted upon quickly.
Not user-friendly & unhelpful staff especially for disabled people
I dealt with Grainger for my apartment at The Headline, Leeds. Very streamlined and efficient way of operating. Deanne was helpful and knowledgable in her role. Thanks all.

Over the course of a morning, Ezekiel was able to move me from enquiry to viewing to offer being accepted. He was proactive, efficient and friendly throughout the whole process - would definitely recommend!

We have lived here two years, and despite being in my opinion, perfect tenants (no issues, clean, pay on time), 2 repairs have been outstanding for a while. After the first year, our rent went up by £55pm, and this year they have wanted to increase the rent by £90pm. We have had no choice but to arrange to leave and hurriedly try and find a new place to live. When we have called, we have been answered by sarcastic, unsympathetic staff, who obviously couldn’t care less that we are struggling and the huge hike in rent is extreme. After speaking to others in the flats,their rent has also been increased and people are angry. Of course there will always be someone who can afford to pay that, but there is no care or compassion. The flat itself is outdated, peeling up bathroom floor, towel rack is wonky, sealing from around the bath going, and a broken external drain pipe (which none have been fixed despite email). Only once in the 2 years has someone come out to see the property- and that was to fit a shower door seal.
I appreciate Deanne much she always been very helpful and quick in addressing the questions. She is very professional and knows how to address the questions. We felt very comfortable with her during our house search. It was a very good experience. Thanks Deanne for you support as always.
