Jun 01,2023Very prompt responses and communication from the letting agent (Jack) who helped find and finalise an apartment based on my comments in only hours. Information was sent out quickly and in full, I couldn’t visit the apartment so an arrangement was made to have a video sent out in a matter of 1-2 hours. If all letting agents could be as quick and responsive… Once the apartment choice was finalised, the tenancy progressor (Rebecca) was very helpful, clear and proactive in her communications. Grainger have made the process of finding and renting (at least from the tenant’s side) almost enjoyable and stress free.

May 24,2023I am looking for people that would be happy to share their experiences with ventilation issues from living in a Grainger flat (ivane.grondin-at-hotmail.fr) We complained about dust coming out of the vents and Grainger pretended they came, checked it and it was completely fine “just wipe the vents” they said. The whole year after that I have had “sick building syndrome” I’m a personal trainer so i am pretty healthy in general and I was constantly having a runny nose and headaches plus fatigue. My cat started constantly li king and scratching himself causing him sores and he almost passed away from it. It took me a while to connect the dots because I trusted them when they said everything was fine. AFTER I FLAGGED IT: They were actually disgusting: it was october in Manchester and she basically told me to “leave the windows open and that it was my responsibility to clean the vents” I had to start screaming to get her to get someone booked in to check the vents (surprise surprise they were broken and the vents were FILTHY) they were bits of dust the size of my hands mixed with fat stuck inside the ceiling which was eventually falling back into the flat. The shocking thing is that they said they couldn’t do anything for 4-6weeks and to leave the windows open in the meantime. She did not offer an air purifyer or anything to try to make our life comfortable in the meantime. Now they are saying they aren’t liable for the 400+ vet bills and the loss of earning caused by their crap quality flats.

May 24,2023Mark and Martin have been nothing but exceptional in the services provided and amendments made to any issues which occurred. I had never rented a property with grainger but the quality of service provided lead to renting a different property with the same company.

May 17,2023After nearly eight years of renting our beautiful cottage from Grainger plc, we’re moving on to pastures new. It’s been a pleasure to live in such a wonderful community and to be spoilt by the consistently high standard of service we’ve received from the team. A special mention to our estates manager Luke Pollard, who has been so supportive throughout our time here, nothing has ever been a problem for him. Luke has gone above and beyond to build strong and professional relationships with all of his tenants ensuring they feel valued and happy. It’s going to be hard to leave, but we’re super grateful for the time we’ve lived here. Good luck to the team with any future ventures and thank you for the lovely memories we take with us. Although there are always snagging points the service is always 10/10 and I was impressive with the renewals team with how swift the responses were and how they were open for discussions - Lacey Malin was very helpful and has made the process the easiest I have ever been through! She is a credit to her role and company!
