Jul 01,2023I would like to thank the GRAINGER Team for their professionalism, for their strong customer service focus and for their great reactivity in solving any issue (and... I had a few ones !). A special mention to Mrs. Kathrine Castle: she was absolutely fabulous during all my stay (almost 2 years). A big thank you! My only point is that people living on the 1st floor had not realized they were not alone in the building especially after 10:30pm...
