I recently rented an apartment there. Jack was my primary contact there, and he was always helpful and responsive, giving me every piece of information I need and helping me to reserve the apartment that I want. Due to some computer technical issues, emails sent to my co-tenant by Grainger’s business partner lack some important links rendering them not able to complete an essential procedure, Lacey and Corrina helped me in asking their business partner to resend the emails so that we could complete the procedure. Then with the assistance from Jack and Corrina, we went through all the necessary procedures smoothly and rented our apartment. The customer service is exceptional and we are looking forward to moving in the apartment.

Cara has been perfection. She's been so attentive to me regarding getting my perfect flat, and although I've chosen to stay where I am for another year, I would love to contact her again next year in hopes of getting my perfect place. Thank you, Cara šŸ’ž

We were on a very tight time limit to get a place sorted with new accommodation, but the whole process was entirely smooth and straight-forward, with lots of information available. Major credit to Fiona who was so responsive, helpful and friendly, and always answered our many questions with no hassle, helping us to feel reassured and heard. Overall, a great process which we managed to move in on our desired date.

Just signed a 12 month tenancy agreement, our circumstances were far from straightforward but I have to say that everyone we have spoken to especially Rebecca and Lewis have been amazing. Customer service, communication and attention to detail flawless. We are looking forward very much to moving into our new home and in light of our experience so far we already feel we are valued tenants.

Super quick getting back to me and Deanne was brilliant in providing videos and all the information I needed. I was able to apply and sign for my new flat without any issues or delays.

Rented an apartment with Grainger in Sutton Coldfield. Initially had various issues with the flat which were sorted promptly by the property manager, Mark Weeden, including a new fridge/freezer. My stay for the 1 year was hitch free and any queries I had were replied to as soon as possible by Mark even on his off days. I was happy with my stay however I give it 4 stars because of the many things wrong with the flat that you only notice when you start to live there.

I am a leaseholder of a flat that Grainger constructed in the Macaulay Walk development in Clapham, London, in 2016. Grainger remains the freeholder today. Besides cladding issues, structural defects were uncovered as part of an EWS1 assessment of our block of flats, in November 2020. As a result of Grainger's failure to meet building regulations at the time of the construction, all leaseholders have been unable to sell or remortgage their properties since November 2020. Grainger has promised leaseholders regular engagement and transparency; this has not materialized. In fact, as of February 2023, zero tangible progress has been made by the company to resolve these issues. I would strongly advise against purchasing a property or renting a property that is constructed or owned by Grainger.

The members of the team who dealt with me (especially Jack and Joseph) were incredibly helpful and accommodating. This was my first time finding my own flat, so I had a lot of questions and didn’t get everything right the first time. They were very patient and understanding, answered every enquiry super fast, and nothing was too much for them. Really great experience, definitely recommend!

I have recently rented an apartment through Grainger. I tried with several agencies and I found Grainger to be the most helpful agency I came across. I was provided with easy and quick options to rent, and Fiona Craske, who helped me with the process, was very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

It has been 7 months since I have been renting with Grainger and their team has been mazing from first supporting with apartment hunting to actually moving in. And now overall maintenance and their quick efficient replies and problem solving has proved to be beyond what I could as for. My property manager Luke has been an exceptional help ever since I have moved in, all of my needed repairs or any trivial issues have been solved immediately. Also the overall apartment complex is clean, safe and overall efficient.

This is not my first time to rent with Grainger. The letting team are professional and friendly, special thanks to Wesley Greaves. If you are looking for a place that meet your high expectations regarding to safety, maintenance, and excellent services. I definitely recommend renting with Grainger.

It will be 6 years that ve been renting from Grainger, their customer service is top notch. Louise Spooner is always available and super helpful with all my queries. Debbie Thomas is not left out too. I have no regrets whatsoever. I definitely recommend them anywhere. Thanks for looking after my home. xx

STAY AWAY, they are not even better than a normal landlord with an average-level agent. It makes you MORE trouble to live in this 'managed' apartment. SAVE YOUR MONEY paid for the service to RENT AT A BETTER PLACE. Horrible ever experience. bedbugs in the 2nd week of move-in and the so-called 'property manager' contacted a so-called 'pest control company' to visit my apartment. From my camera at home nobody came during the day and the 'property manager' refused to give me ANY proof that there was some pest control visiting (no report or email from the pest control company). The 'property managers' are not trained properly and are not PROFESSIONAL at all. 1. my move-in date is on Friday and the property manager was 'too new' and didn't even know how to control the temperature in the apartment, and nobody works on weekend so I had to live in the apartment for a ~19 degree weekend util they are back to work again on Monday and the same property manager came with STILL NO knowledge on controlling the temperature and wasted me one hour to wait for another one to come. 2. I asked 2 property managers to send me an update after the pest control company's visit and they both agreed, but nobody updated me even after I sent am email to follow up - DO WHAT YOU PROMISED. 3. There is a manager of the onsite property managers seems hard to understand my words. I said 'I need a new mattress due to the bedbug issue discovered after move-in', he said 'I can't give you a new mattress because you didn't request it PRIOR move-in' -- CAN"T he understand that I am requesting a new one because of the BEDBUGS????? 4. The manager of the property managers(residential service manager) LIED to me, he told me the pest control will come, but my camera at home did NOT record anybody during the day. - I guess the worse agent from other companies at least ignore you instead of LYING to you. 5. And when I was asking for any email/report from the pest control company, the residence service manager consistency refused to give me any and asked me to trust him/ Grainger's service - HOW AM I GOING TO TRUST YOU WHEN YOU ARE LYING? 6. TAKE the tenant's/customer's problem SERIOUSLY, I have bedbugs in my room and I was bitten all over my body, I had been sleeping on the small sofa for 5+ days, and the property managers seem to be very impatient with me and made me feel like I was 'troubling' them - you are PAID TO DO NOTHING?And they told me that it is safe to sleep on my bed after on-the-air 2 visits of the pest control, with ONLY 'SPRAY TREATMENT' and without any PROFESSIONAL REPORT. - I can SPRAY myself, why am I paying for your service??? Anyway, the property managers are just there to bring you trouble, very hard to communicate, stay away, the only thing they are useful if they receive parcels, but any concierge would do. And the SECURITY is more friendly and probably knows more of the job than the PROPERTY MANAGER.
