Feb 07,2023In the current state of the rental market, it’s hard to find a perfect fit - and moreover, it’s hard to have a positive experience while looking for your next home! Well that wasn’t the case with Grainger, and especially the attentive support of Wesley which helped us tremendously through the process and was able to accomodate our needs. I really can’t wait to move into our new apartment!

Jan 31,2023We have rented with Grainger for the past 2.5 years. They have been amazing. We moved into one of their Liverpool Townhouses initially. We loved it that much we renewed the tenancy for a further 6 months. We wanted to stay in the same location but wanted an upgrade to a bigger apartment. Luke Pollard was so helpful and professional. We really felt at home whilst living here. Luke was always there whenever an issue needed resolved. The move out / move in process from our townhouse and into our top floor balcony apartment was so smooth, it was just nice to receive that extra bit of help from Luke and the team from Grainger as it really made the difference. Maintenance was logged right away and the staff on site were always friendly and approachable (thank you Rob). Thanks to the reception management for always looking after our parcels too (Harry & Mike).

Jan 23,2023I recently applied for a Grainger property in Birmingham. A lovely, listed building, nice big windows, great features, fully and tastefully furnished, beds, white goods, sofas the lot, everything brand new. It was just what I was looking for. My application was guided and handled by Jack W. A very helpful lettings negotiator based in the Manchester region and the very nice Grainger team based in Newcastle. We got to the point where all my paperwork and referencing etc was done and I was fully approved. Then I had an unfortunate change of circumstances which meant I couldn’t meet the move in date deadline. I informed Jack of my situation and without any hesitation he was able to postpone the move in date for me. This gave me extra time to attend to my crisis without feeling the added pressure of a house move and the looming move-in date. This also meant that by postponing my move in date, Grainger was postponing their rental income. Imagine that. Here was a company that genuinely put the need of a potential tenant ahead of their own profit-making endeavours. That alone was worth a commendation. When you factor in the quality of their housing stock, standard of presentation and design, their onsite co-living features, their friendly yet professional staff, the Grainger brand is definitely a brand to engage with. Should you require modern, stylish housing and a Grainger property is within your reach, do check them out. They have properties up and down the UK with more coming on stream particularly in the Midland area. In the end I had to withdraw my application. Yet Grainger looked after me even after they knew I was no longer going to be their tenant. How amazing is that? I don’t think I was just lucky. I believe that is how Grainger treat their clients. Thank you, Jack, and thanks to the Grainger team in Newcastle and of course the team in Birmingham. You’re all really nice people. :) This is an unsolicited but well deserved review.

Jan 23,2023We are 2 weeks away from moving into our new flat at The Headline, Leeds, and we are so so excited! The whole process has been a breeze, and we received lots of help and guidance from Grainger throughout, especially Deanne, who has been amazing and made the experience super easy for us, and supported us the whole way through - from the enquiry process to checking in a few weeks before move in day to see how we were! She has been on hand with any questions we’ve had and had been a great help and positive encouragement for us to take the plunge and move! We can’t wait to move in and make our new flat home and we can’t wait to experience living at The Headline with the support of Grainger!
