Sep 05,2024I had my first rented property with Grainger. Everything from viewing till vacating was so smooth and systematic. The communication regarding each and every single issues were prompt. Had regular safety checks and maintenance checks. Louise Spooner as our property manager was so helpful with her communication and management.

Louise was a fantastic manager—always responsive, professional, and diligent. We never encountered any major issues, and minor repairs were always completed in a timely manner.

Their service has always been outstanding from initial flat viewings right the way through to end of tenancy. Most recently, Louise was my property manager and went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. She responds to enquiries, big or small, very quickly and is a key reason my past year with Grainger has been so good! Highly recommend and would happily rent a Grainger property again in the future.

Aug 05,2024Viewed a flat with Wesley in Tottenham Hale. Got a viewing the same day I called and secured the flat right after the viewing (they operate first come first served, meaning you don't have to bid against other offers). Communication was great throughout.
