Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

Jan 31,2025I have known Scott for a long time, he has deep knowledge of the Berkshire housing market, gives straight forward and honest advice and has a solid network for getting things sold or rented! The team engaged quickly, gave transparent information and costs and guided us through our rental process. They also found a good selection of potential tenants very quickly and successfully rented within a few weeks. I would 100% recommend and use again for renting or selling.

We had a very well arranged and executed weekend of viewings, which resulted in six very strong sincere, offers . Some unforeseen circumstances, out of my control, prevented the sale from going ahead as expected, but Grapevine and all their staff stepped up to the challenge and assisted me in getting the sale completed.
