Although many people now shop online at massive warehouse stores, guitars are something that need to be looked after and checked correctly. Good price too! Will buy here again.

Mar 10,2021My sales experience with Guitar Village I recently purchased online a ukelele for my daughter from Guitar Village following a phone call with Mark who was able to answer my queries and establish a suitable delivery date to coincide with my daughter's birthday. The delivery service provided is free and pretty comprehensive. You can book a delivery anything up to a week ahead. I received an email confirming the purchase from Guitar Village and updates nearer the time from the very reliable courier UPS regarding delivery which took just 24 hours. The ukelele has been carefully packaged and I am very happy with the service that I received. I was extremely pleased with the competitive price of the ukelele which included a free gig bag. One minor problem which I understand is being rectified with an improved internet site was the omission of a separate delivery address from the billing address. This was immediately rectified through email correspondence and reassurance from the team that they'd now got the correct delivery address. Thank you Guitar Village for the personal service I received and for arranging the delivery of the ukelele. My daughter is delighted with it! 😁

I must admit, I was a little bit nervous about buying such an expensive guitar online without even playing it. I need not have worried. The guitar is beautiful.
