Mar 04,2021I saw the guitar in the shop window but shop was closed because of COVID restrictions so I went online to order it. Received immediate response and was able to click and collect straight away. Phoned shop to let them know I was coming, picked up the guitar fully tuned and ready to go. Quick excellent service - what more could you ask for?

Feb 25,2021I wouldn’t usually buy a guitar online without playing it, however with the COVID restrictions for non essential shops I had no choice but to go for it. I couldn't of been more impressed with the service that Guitar Village provided. Brilliant write up of the product online which filled me with confidence. I ordered my guitar and within less than two days I welcomed her into the family. Amazingly swift delivery and the guy I spoke to on the phone regarding delivery time was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend using Guitar Village and I look forward to making more purchases in the future! 🤘

Feb 24,2021I originally ordered an Epiphone Standard SG 61 from Gears4Music just after Christmas. After receiving a fourth automated email telling me they were having supplier issues and it would be delayed (yet again) until Easter I decided to cancel my order and look elsewhere. After a thorough search via google I came across Guitar Village and noticed they were showing the item as being in stock. I pinged them an email and received a reply from Richard within the hour, saying it was indeed in stock. I ordered immediately. This was Saturday afternoon. I received my guitar (with a complete free set up and new strings) on Tuesday afternoon. The guitar looks and sounds beautiful. It's a shame more people don't know about this shop because the service is much more personal than the bigger well known guitar shop chains. I will definitely be using them again. Great service. Thank you!

Feb 24,2021I bought my first ever 2nd guitar - Custom Tele - from Guitar Village and spoke with Richard (knowledgable, professional and very polite). As I live nearby, within 24 hrs I was collecting the guitar, which was beautifully set-up. Really well set-up! I was originally thinking of this guitar as an alternative/back-up to my Collings i35, but I've not put the tele down since it arrived home it's so easy/comfortable to play and with beautful tone.. Many thanks guys - I will return.

Feb 24,2021Very efficient service. Good range of products. The most significant plus for this site is that they only sell what they have in stock. We had been waiting since November for an order to be fulfilled by another guitar site who were quoting end March as predicted delivery date. As soon as I came across guitar village, the original order elsewhere was cancelled and an order placed with guitar village. It arrives three days later!
