Feb 22,2021The purchase of my Fender American Pro II Stratocaster (Roasted Pine/RW) was faultless. Ordering and next day delivery all went without a hitch. I was very impressed by the setup together with the setup checklist which shows the exact measurements used by the guitar tech - thank you Sam. The guitar is visually and sonically stunning - I really can't believe just how good this guitar is. Well done Guitar Village - Top Notch in all respects.

Feb 17,2021I have now bought six guitars from Guitar Village over the years - and these guys are the best I've found. I've been playing both pro, semi pro and socially now for 50 years plus and I can say truly that these guys know their business inside out, upside down and any which way you choose to look. Are they always the cheapest? Probably not. Are they always customer focused and fair in their dealings? Absolutely. They are all players themselves and understand what it is to be a musician and specifically a guitarist - they also understand the importance of a setup and the 'feel' of an instrument and how sometimes a guitar just sits in your lap and feels a part of you and other times an identical instrument just doesn't. As long as I am playing I will keep going back. Like I say, they are the absolute best. Derrick

Feb 14,2021The ordering process was simple including getting 0% finance for 12 months. Guitar arrived extremely well packed and in perfect condition. The guitar is brand new so I would have expected the setup on it to be pretty good but it's simply perfect, not a buzz anywhere and lovely to play. The guitar was missing a gigbag case, a quick phone call and they sorted this out without any fuss. It arrived via rapid courier a day or so later. Very happy with my experience and I would definitely use them again. It's the first time I've bought a guitar without trying it first and the first time I've bought one online but I'd definitely do it again.

Feb 13,2021No issues with Guitar Village - great doing business with you now and in the future. Delivery: The web site stated next day and it arrive next day. The courier was updating me via text an telling me it was going to be the following day. I arrived home and the guitar had been delivered a day early (according to the courier's projections) was left at the side of the house, (not secure). It was a good job that I had arrived home early or the guitar would have been in the rain!

Feb 12,2021Order made early AM on a Tuesday, guitar ready by the end of that day and delivered Wednesday. UPS advised delivery would be due Thursday so I nearly missed it, but that is UPS for you. Not checked the guitar set up yet, as it is a 40th birthday present for someone and they should be the first to try it out. I'm sure it will be just fine though.

Feb 10,2021I've dealt with most of the team over the years and they are all helpful but yesterday it was Richard who assisted me with a phone order. We discussed the merits of my proposed purchase and I decided to go for it (Covid hasn't done much for the joys of visiting guitar shops, so there was a bit of a leap of faith in splashing the cash). A day earlier than expected, the instrument arrived, set-up and ready to go. As much as I wish I could have made the journey and bought it in person, this was as good as you could hope for in lieu of doing that. Many thanks to all at Guitar Village for facilitating my latest indulgence! I hope to darken your doors again before too long!
