Feb 04,2021The customer service I got from this site was flawless, I made my order and was called straight away to let me know there was a minor cosmetic issue that most company’s wouldn’t even have mentioned or even checked. I was offered some free gifts for the issue however when it arrived to me (next day!) there was basically nothing I could see witch shows the level of professionalism from this store ! Can’t recommend them more !

Jan 30,2021The web site had some glitches and I had to call up GV to resolve them, and UPS took five days to deliver the guitar. But the folk at GV were a pleasure to deal with and were more than helpful, and so I would certainly buy from them again.

Feb 05,2021I wanted this particular guitar and they seemed to be either out of stock or overpriced with long back order times. Then I stumbled in to Guitar Village: there it was, in stock and promising despatch times. I ordered and waited... It arrived a couple of days later and a day sooner than estimated so yes, I am really pleased with my Guitar Village experience and will definitely be back.
