The service online and in person was fantastic - especially from Sam who is a very talented guitar tech who setup my guitar perfectly to my requests. It was also great hearing the old rock star stories from Richard and the owner Derek was very helpful and informative when I spoke to him on the phone. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the guitar and the service. Thanks guys :)
