I have brought many guitars and amps over the years and I have alway had excellent advice and service. Hopefully will be seeing you again real soon as I have my eye on that Princeton reverb 65 you have in the shop.

Sep 06,2020I purchased a Martin 015 online, always a bit of a gamble buying sight unseen but I didn’t need to worry. The guitar was dispatched quickly and communications spot on. The guitar arrived with a perfect set up and it’s a joy to play. Very happy.

Sep 05,2020Amazing service, called up to ask question about the guitar i wanted to order and the service was superb, knew answers to all my questions. The delivery was super quick; heres a quick run down if youre interested, order the guitar by 2pm shipped out by 6pm then at your doorstep by 10am next day. Love the guitar and will now be my go to guitar store. Much better service than andertons, these guys actually care to provide quality service. Love it

Sep 05,2020new eastmann T59 amber semi bought on line. posted very promptly with good comms. small problem with vibration -GV offered return and resolve issue but I managed to sort issue myself (loose pick ups in their surrounds-had not been set to correct height as yet and needed some felt/paper wedging to stop the vibration even when raised. Info fed back to Eastmann Rep and awaiting response. Plays beautifully now. Sam was very helpful throughout. But I would think twice about buying a guitar online unseen in general from now on though.

Aug 27,2020Really pleased with the guitar - as expected. I had a problem with my Online payment being registered but this was sorted out wth a quick call to the shop. They handled the issue excellently and kept me up to speed with everything and sent email confirmation. The delivery was excellent with no issues, guitar came securely packaged. I would recommend and definitely consider another purchase from them

Aug 24,2020Guitar Village is my local guitar shop but this is the first time I have bought a guitar from them. I decided to buy a new Fender Telecaster Performer in Blond and the price was the same as another shop. They called to suggest I pick it up as local and I agreed. They gave me a guitar stand for doing this. When I got home there was a part of the stand missing but the next day someone dropped the part and a free set of strings at my house. 5 stars

Aug 22,2020Very disappointed as the guitar I ordered that said it was IN STOCK was in fact not in stock and delivery not known. Had to cancel the order. Please do not tell me what it said-it said the guitar was IN STOCK. I am not a liar. I will not be buying from you in the future.

Aug 19,2020I ordered a Fender strat from Guitar Village and paid for Saturday delivery (understandably at a premium) as I knew I would be in. Unfortunately and due to no fault of Guitar Village there was a delay with my delivery. Nonetheless Guitar Village were more than happy to refund the cost of delivery and were very helpful over the phone to organise this. Guitar arrived in perfect condition and fully set up - a quick tune up and it was in optimum playing condition straight out of the box!

Aug 16,2020Visited GV on 13th Aug looking to buy a Taylor Mahogany GS mini for my daughters 21st on 14th. From start to finish what a great experience, both my Daughter and I were amazed at the stunning array of guitars and the fantastic setting. Many, many thanks to Mark, who was very attentive whilst giving us the space to try out some great guitars. My daughter was blown away when Mark gave me a great price to enable me to upgrade to the Koa model, what a beautiful instrument. My Daughter said its the best birthday present ever, so thanks GV. (Also thanks to Sam, who I didn't meet, but answered my many telephone queries and questions prior to my visit) "I'll be back"
