My experience was poor, the website was slow and the tracker option did not work at all, the predicted delivery dates were put back twice. In short the delivery was dissapointing. I think Hardloop are a good company with some IT issues. On the plus side the boots are great 🥾 Merci, Hardloop

Was told my product would be delivered tomorrow but it’s now 4.30 pm the day before it’s due to arrive and I’ve had no tracking information or updates yet.
Simple to use website,brilliant English, given the company is based in France, great prices and stock. Smooth delivery process from France to UK. Will use again.
Great experience
Very disappointed to have to pay about 25% import duty into UK having not been informed by Hardloop. I used hardloop.co.uk and obviously a UK address but no warning about duty being liable. I wrote to Hardloop helpdesk and received no response. Slight change here; once Hardloop got back to me they were very helpful and quickly recovered the VAT which reduced the extra cost significantly. Good support from them. Products are excellent.

I ordered an item on the 13th and it was due to arrive today. As far as I'm concerned it hasn't been dispatched. I have tried emailing, calling and messaged on social media. I have had no response. I am meant to be going away on the 25th and I needed the item before then so I payed extra to go with this company as they gave me a delivery date that would work. Ordered a month ago - still no parcel, nor any sort of meaningful update from the company. Originally, I was told the parcel would arrive on the 29th December. Over 3 weeks later and they have still failed to provide any shipping nor tracking, and they have failed to respond to my help quests.

No problems at all. Shipping is reasonably quick, given the shoes were coming from mainland Europe to the UK. No issues with customs or VAT, that all seems to be sorted up top. Shoes themselves were well packaged and safely delivered. Happy customer.

Avoid this company at all costs. I’m still waiting on my rucksack which was meant to be for a present for Christmas. Ordered on 26th November and still not here!!. The customer service, emails are an absolute joke and basically nonexistent reply and if they do it’s weeks. But they will reply on here?? Shocking and should be closed down.

Jan 24,2025I’m hopeful to receive my purchase soon (it was meant to arrive on Jan 15/16 and today is Jan 24). I had to contact support just to find out the product hadn’t even shipped yet. Now I’m being asked for feedback on my experience despite not having the product yet… first purchase with this shop, they’re probably fine, but this customer experience was really not great.
