Jan 15,2025Ordered on 20th December for a new year hike last week. Sadly the items did not arrive until today. Was I formed of the delays etc, cannot fault customer service. Items were excellently reduced in the sale so much cheaper than other counterparts so overall I'm happy. They fit perfectly.

Dec 30,2024The product was great, the price was the best I could find, the delivery was spot on arriving when it said it would a few days after ordering. The only minor point which stopped me giving 5 stars was the checkout - I had a welcome code but could not find where to input. After a couple of emails with customer service to point me in the right direction (you need to go back to the very beginning of the basket rather than payment stage) it all went very smoothly. Would buy through them again.

No explanation, apology or anything approaching civilized customer service. Will not darken their internet doorstep again.

Jan 15,2025I had a technical glitch when placing my order so filled out the help form on the website, considering this was over Christmas I was expecting a delay but got a response very quickly confirming that my order had been put on manually by the staff. Very good service and a model for others.
