Haus looks after property in Feltham were CCTV and Gates are not functioning for a while. During this time my Moped was stolen just because of broken gates. Kayleigh May and Christopher Povoas were helpful in terms of responding back with calls and email. But at the bigger picture lack of security and repairing the maintenance stuff like gates and CCTV are not inclined. We hope for better approach as we pay for it. I hope higher management will look into this and respond accordingly.

I only have great things to say about HAUS. Eddie was super helpful and couldn’t do enough to help me with my inquiry. Very grateful for all of Eddies help, will be sure to recommend HAUS.

Excellent service from Sebastian Zawadzki. Recently, I contacted Sebastian regarding my flat insurance and found that he was very helpful in giving advice on my flat home contents insurance. Spoke to Chris Brown today, he was really lovely, patient and very sympathetic and took the time and care to explain things to me and talk through my concerns and options. Of all the manager that have been and gone, Chris has been the easiest to talk to, I felt he really listened and understood my concerns and really tries to help, he also helped before with a lease query I had for which I was really grateful...he knows his stuff. Thank you Chris :)

We have been living in our (Freehold) property since 1994. This year, received a letter out of the blue from Haus Block Management; signed by Sebastian Zawadski informing my elderly mother that she owes Haus money. I contacted Haus (Sebastian) and asked him to show/send me a copy of the legal document that binds my mother's property under his remit. Instead of replying us with said documents, Haus (Sebastian) got in touch with Haringey Council to complain about litter on her property in order that I and my elderly mother can be fined or troubled/disturbed by the law. on 30/03/23 between 9:45am - 10:15am I contacted Haus (266 Kingsland Road; 0207 275 2041) to speak to a senior manager to discuss the matter and make them (Haus) realise that there is a clear legal difference between Freehold and leasehold / Tenant. They took my initial call but somehow no senior manager's were available and nor was Sebastian (my call went to an answer machine) thereafter, all subsequent calls I made went on "Hold". Be suspicious of contact from this company; as if you argue legality with them, they turn underhanded. Update ( 5/04/23): Sebastian finally sent an email to me with a section of what could have been a legal paragraph extracted from the land registry. The paragraph shows a legally binding agreement with the previous owners of our property (a year prior to our purchase) and the developers of said property. As of yet, he (Sebastian) nor Haus have shown / provided concrete proof that my mother signed an agreement that binds her ownership of this property with the previous owners and therefore by legality we are under Haus and as such must pay for maintenance activities that Haus wish to claim financially from her. I find this issue disturbing as we pay council tax for rubbish clearance and cleanup and the council (Harringey) tend to maintain trees and shrubbery's within the borough. What is it that Haus is doing above and beyond the council that warrants additional costs to my local neighbourhood? The employee (Sebastian) mentioned in a phone call with me (30/03/23) that if I contacted my neighbours, they will inform me that they (my neihhbours) have also received the communique from Haus, so on the 1st of April, i contacted one of my neighbours whom I conversate (have a rapport) with and asked them if they have received such a letter. To my amazement, they informed me that they've never heard of such a letter nor the name "Haus". Finally, Haus informed me that the letter was sent so that "All residents and property owners can pay their fair share of the costs". My current query about their statement is that what happened to the 28 other years that we have been living here and why is this the 1st time in almost 3 decades that we are now hearing about this? ( There must be a statute of limitation on this matter), Otherwise, I do not see how we will be able to muster 28 years of maintenance arrears. I get a sense that we may require a lawyer and that our local MP should be aware of such matters as this is double payment for what amounts to one job!

I would like to thank Haus and particularly Lamees for her help with a nasty leak which effected our flat from a property above. The whole matter ended taking several months and Lamees was of great assitance through that period. Thank you Lamees.
