Apr 29,2023I've been involved in a Legal battle with LMP Law who represent Haus Block Management for the past year. After successfully setting aside an order made by the court that could potentially result in my lease being defaulted - I am now due to appear in front of the First-tier Tribunal on 2nd June 2023 in London. I have now received evidenced details of the demands made over the years within the period. Those demands are 2,010.00 less than the claims made last year. In short, the actual contractual and accurate 'legal fees' were 1,800.00 rather than the 3,810.00 included in the claim. Challenge everything you get from this crowd - they will bully you into thinking you'll get bad credit if you don't pay their excessive charges. Don't trust anything they write. In my 15 years of dealing with property managing agents, she is by far the most dedicated, helpful and professional property manager we have had. She understand the needs of our building and its residents. We've been with HAUS for almost a year and at last we've found a truly professional firm that actually cares about providing a good service. Brilliant all-round.

I spoke with Genavieve who was very helpful and patient with me and gave me time to make myself understood. She then communicated via email and resolved my issues.

May 03,2023We live in a building managed by Haus Block Management. To be honest, our experience until recently was definitely not 5-star level. However, Haus recently appointed a new building manager Ms Kazumi Taguchi, who is clearly a top performer trying to clean up the legacy of a previous incompetent manager. Issues that have been outstanding for years are being dealt with efficiently and effectively, and the list is rapidly growing smaller. We hope that Ms Taguchi will be managing our building for a long time!
