Haus has been managing our small block for a couple of years now. They have been an enormous improvement on our previous company, mainly due to the hard work and kind service we receive from Kazumi Taguchi. Kazumi is responsive, diligent and a pleasure to deal with.

Relationship managers constantly changing, unresponsive, service charges rocketed since we switched to them. Insist on using their non user friendly portal rather than just responding to emails. I’ve been trying to understand for months the increase in service charges and can’t get a clear response or a response at all. Will be switching. Seems everyone on here has similar complaints.

This review is for Dilber Karagoz who works Haus Block Mgmt as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. Dilber has supported us for nearly two years to take over our RTM after 7 horrendous years with Y&Y Mgmt and 5 of those trying to obtain RTM. Her diligence and determination to make sure we had everything we needed, along with her empathy, understanding and emotional support to go through this process a THIRD time (twice unsuccessful with another rogue management company) and be rid of the pure criminals that are Y&Y has been extraordinary. She promises us going forward we will have FULL visibility and transparency and control on where our money is spent and on what services. I cannot tell you the relief this has bought us. If you are looking to get out of a TERRIBLE Mgmt Service Charge NIGHTMARE with your current agents - go with Dilber. We couldn't have done it without her and are forever grateful.

I was stuck with receiving emails saying I needed to make further service charge payments. I tried to do it online but had difficulties. I rang the Hackney branch of Haus and spoke with Stefani. Who was very helpful and patient with me. She spoke with and emailed different departments Haus and was to set up a payment plan for me. The automatic payments letters kept arriving, saying if I did not paying further services charges J would be charged with interest. Once again I spoke with Stefani and she sorted this problem out and emailed me my payment plan. Thanks to Haus for having this caring, helpful person working for you. She is truly an asset for Haus.

Excellent Customer Service from Chante and Team! I had a recent issue that needed urgent attention, and Chante and the team went above and beyond to help. Their speed of response was incredible, and they resolved the matter efficiently and professionally.

Haus are the property management company that run the building where I lived for 9 years until last week. I have found them professional and helpful since their appointment in the face of multiple stakeholder views. They were especially responsive recently during my recent flat sales process. Eddie Burba and Teresa Rudman merit special mention, they are very professional key members of the team

Haus continue to be an absolutely awful managing agent. Despite numerous bad reviews on this site from various people from our development and equally numerous promises from Haus how they will sort things out, nothing is being done to actually resolve the most important matters. 17 months after a fire in our boiler room, Haus have still not managed to resolve the issue. And we have no timeline as to when (if ever) it will get resolved. Also, the so called water feature we have in our development continues to be a money-swallowing eyesore due to Haus' complete incompetence to manage it. Last year, Haus had a plan to sort it out and finally return it into operation (after years of neglect). This was all going to take 2 weeks in November 2023. Here we are in November 2024, with a contractor who has walked off with a lot of residents' money and the feature being an awful eyesore. And no commitment of when (if ever) it will be resolved. Haus' plan is to throw more of the residents' money at it. But they wouldn't even tell us how much. Dear Haus, please don't bother responding to this review. Every time you did this in the past, you responded with meaningless jargon and promises that never materialised. Also, your answers contain inaccuracies (lies). As I have written many times before, if you do care about residents (which you continue to say you do), then stop responding to reviews. Instead, come on site and talk to residents directly.

My property is managed by Haus and I have liased a few times with Leila Manzi-Rabaiotti, who has always been polite, friendly and empathetic if situations arise. She helped me navigate a stressful situation with a zealous car parking company and I was so grateful for her help and kindness throughout. She liased with the company in question and got my situation resolved for me which was great.

We have been using Haus for 6 years and their service has been steadily declining. Employee turnover seems high and we have had many property managers, assistants and accounts personnel change during this time. Recently, I was shocked to find out that our property manager (and team) hasn't even visited the block to get to know the building and works remotely from Portugal and South Africa. We had an online meeting with them 6 weeks ago which was positive but since then all our emails to our property manager remain unanswered. Both his DD and his assistant's DD no longer work. We have been completely ghosted and are appalled by their service. Avoid.
