After weeks of trying to resolve an issue with accessing my online residents portal, and emails back and forth - Genavieve was helpful in aiding me to access my account - thank you.
After making a stupid over payment by mistake, I can happily say that everyone I spoke and emailed with at Haus were very helpful and considerate. In particular the women I initially spoke with and had the most communication, Sameerah, could not have done more to rectify the situation I found myself in.

HAUS is easily accessible both by phone or via the portal :a massive change The gentleman l spoke to on my first contact was passionate and reassuring and this gave me peace that help was on the way. Very prompt email responses via Haus app. Issue was resolved within a few weeks as a contractor was sent out to inspect my property. Both parties are in agreement that the issue is manageable from my end but thought it best to report it.

Recently aquired RTM and signed with Haus to manage our mixed-use development. Going through a turbulent period of getting hold of the estate. Want to commend on the work of Laurien Hall, who has helped us arrange building insurance. She has been super reactive in communication and very effective. Another shout out goes to Delena Minott, who has made substantial progress in sorting out various maintenance issues in the building which have been long overlooked by the previous manager.
I would like to highlight my appreciation for the efforts HAUS Block Management Health and Safety Team went to ensure the flats in our block met the stringent requirements required for fire safety. It was not easy to arrange inspection of the front doors of 36 leaseholders, but the team were able to gain the appropriate access and highlight the defects that leaseholders then needed to action. In particular, Brenton Steenkamp patience and persistence meant a difficult task was undertaken effectively and efficiently. Well done all round.
I reported a ridge tile that was displaced by strong winds at the start of January. The tile was reset within two weeks of reporting the issue to Sebastian.
