He is reliable and ensures we are kept up to date on the reasons why things have or haven't happened. I would give zero if I only could.The worse management company we have had in 15 years. Total neglect. Ignoring email, no acknowledge of receiving ongoing problems. Ignoring safety issues in the estate. People responsible for my estate should be fired, looks like no one above control them. Disgraceful behaviour. Bream close flats 77-88 1.There is no light in communal areas since last week, not even emergency light works. We do have internal corridors with no windows as a consequence there is no light even during the day. At night its pitch black,steep staircase is dangerous, its just matter of time when someone get hurt or injury. Several emails sent to people responsible for the block (Sebastian) no acknowledgment of receiving or update on ongoing case. 2. Communal areas dirty as cleaner cant hoover and clean. Cleaner should report faults to supervisor or managment as she cant carry duties. 3.Entry phone broken more than a week. Mail dumped by the postman anywhere, as he cant access the building. 4. Underbridge flooding going for years, never fixed.Just passing responsibility from one to another. This year is really bad, water level raised to the ground reaching pavement area. So pavement above the drain is constantly wet. During low temperatures is it imposible to walk home safely, as water freeze on pavement. Not traeted with salt or sand its like ice skating ring and some one will get leg injury.
Overall Rating: 3.5 Stars We began working with Haus in the second half of 2019, just before significant changes in cladding regulations and the onset of COVID-19. Given the uncertainty surrounding the cladding situation at our estate, the transition process was delayed. When we were ready to form a Right to Manage (RTM) company, we had to navigate a year-long legal battle with the landlord’s management company, our previous property manager. Haus officially took over as our management company at the end of 2023. Throughout that period, Haus remained in regular contact with us, offering guidance on how to address the cladding issue, particularly concerning the timber in our estate. Their proactive approach was greatly appreciated. The past 12 months under Haus's management have been a noticeable improvement. There is a clear sense of dedication and commitment to making things right, and it’s evident that Haus has the right intentions. Our property manager and their assistant are responsive and work hard to address any concerns. The directors of Haus also appear invested in the wellbeing of the estate and its residents. However, there are still areas for improvement, particularly within their finance and back-office teams, which are located in other region. While we understand that these teams are based remotely, the level of support we’ve received in terms of financial reporting and administrative processes could be more streamlined and efficient. Overall, while we have seen positive changes under Haus's management, addressing these back-office challenges would significantly improve our experience.
I called up Haus to sort out online portal as I was locked out, sent emails but there was no return of emails back for password reset. There was no option to press to sort this issue, so I tried each option and every time a different person answered and told me this is not there department and they couldn't help. Finally, I pressed a number and got through to Genavive who was helpful and sorted it. Why doesn't Haus sort these issues?????
As I am not very tech minded, it was a pleasure to deal with Genavieve who was unfailingly polite and helpful in sorting out the problems I had with accessing the portal. She was always reassuring and careful in explaining what needed doing. I am very grateful!
Haus took over management of our small building from Compton. Under Compton’s watch and their professor - director based in Wales our building was terribly mismanaged, it was racketeering. Under Kazumi’s wonderful leadership at Haus we have received an excellent service. She is a problem solver! Setting up and managing a right to manage company on a leasehold building is difficult - grateful to have a trusted partner, in Kazumi and a reputable managing agent in Haus helping us navigate the complex leasehold system and importantly safeguard our building and look after the residents. Thanks for everything so far!

Chelsea Jenkins Assistant Property Manager for HAUS Block, is by far, one of the most polite, understanding and considerate assistants to ones needs. Chelsea demonstrates that she is able to acknowledge a concern raised by a resident and deal with it effectively within the given timeframe adhering to protocol. I've had ongoing issues with the disabled lift breaking down and Chelsea in a swift, professional and supportive approach deals with all angles of the situation, making it a priority to be repaired by contractors as soon as possible. She is able to realise the importance of such a repair, how vital it is, for vulnerable tenants making it a priority. Communication made by Chelsea is impeccable alongside her work ethic which is noted, making her a pleasure to liaise with. I would certainly recommend Chelsea and she is a representative that is clearly dedicated to her role making her someone to rely on. Teneille Timothy, Was very prompt and professional and acted quickly to get the issue resolved.No lights on landing floors which was dangerous, the company that was used was very good and the engineer knew what he was doing.
We took over the management of our building through RTM and appointed Haus. Considerable amount of renovations required and HBM has a Major Works Team that has provided a detailed plan and efficiently arranged all the quotes. We also have an efficient and very professional block manager, Venice, who has been fantastic in supporting us given the enormous amount of outstanding issues from our previous agent.

Jan 23,2025Haus run my block of flats and do an excellent job - they are very proactive and always are there to help residents. For example we recently had an issue with water and within the hour, all residents were informed and then within a few hours the plumbers attended and the issue was fixed I want to particularly highlight how good Melissa is at Haus- she is so friendly and kind . No issue is too small for her and she is very professional in all her dealings. Thank you Haus!
