Aug 09,2023I am very disappointed with the service. My company sponsorship application was refused, and it is a very straightforward application with a checklist. I paid 3 times the price and received nothing. I did elsewhere with nearly 1/3 of the price I have paid it to Healy's. I have been chasing them for half the amount to be refunded, but there has been no response for months.

Aug 07,2023We instructed Healys (Delwar Hussain & Daniel Winslow) to solve a complex case regarding a tenacious tenant in our rental property (which Healys managed to settle). Delwar took the time to understand the intricate details and provide clear guidance on routes forward. Both Delwar and Daniel were professional throughout, approachable, and always eager to answer our array of questions, putting our concerns to bed. If I ever do need legal services in the future I will definitely return to Healys.

The journey has been anything but smooth due to lots of external circumstances, but Nohman was with me every step along the way, eliminating each obstacle as they arise and finally we managed to close it. They responded to my emails very quickly and was able to call Saira any time I needed to. All in all great service. Will use again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Jul 14,2023A partner, David Bailey, fully aware that my claim didn’t meet the trigger for financial losses, misled and convinced me to part with my hard earned cash for a case he already knew through our conversation, I stood no chance of winning. During our conversation where I had asked David Bailey clearly, that as my losses did not meet the financial trigger, was it worthwhile to continue. David Bailey, fully aware that it wasn’t worthwhile, took £2,000 off me to “see if I stood a chance” and then turned around a day later to tell me he could not take on the case as I didn’t meet the financial trigger. Another senior partner, Marios Pattihis, then claimed David Bailey was not aware. This is despite the fact that I supplied evidence which showed David Bailey was fully aware. My Mom use to say all Lawyers are Liars. David Bailey has now been reported to the Legal Ombudsman for misconduct. This firm needs to be ashamed of its deplorable conduct and how it treats vulnerable members of the public. Shame on you all!

Mr. Hussain provided me with valuable advice before and after taking legal action. The seller agreed to pay me damages after receipt of Mr. Hussain’s letter of claim. I appreciated his advice and professional services rendered throughout.
