May 25,2023Simply the best firm in the business for all thing conveyancing - John Hill came personally recommended by a family friend which was then seconded by mortgage broker who called him the best in the business. The team at Healys were super responsive throughout, thorough but also timely, evidenced by the fact we pulled off a last minute simultaneous exchange and completion. Our lender received the first the funds first thing in the morning and we had completed by lunchtime - the icing on the cake from what was really was a first class combination of expertise, capability and customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough as you can probably tell!

May 18,2023I purchased a property as a buy-to-let property and used Healys as my solicitor and Charlotte Curl was assigned as my solicitor. I have listed ten reasons why you should use Healys when buying a property. 1)Healys solicitor is listed on many mortgage lender’s approved solicitor conveyancing panel list. This means that Healys is trusted and have assessed to be reputable and reliable. . 2) They always responds to emails and will let you know if a person is on annual leave and who to contact in their absence. 3) They will chase you to make sure you don't delay the process because they don't want you to be blamed for delaying anything. 4) They take their time to explain things to you and are patient. This was important because I always ask questions. 5) They would go above and beyond if they could. I bought a property with a tenant. Charlotte was not involved in every detail of the tenancy agreement between me and the tenant, but they still provided advice and managed communication and raised my concerns with the seller's solicitor and estate agent. 6) They were happy to talk to me on the phone at anytime if I didn't understand emails. 7) My mortgage adviser has dealt with Healys before, which gave me confidence that Healys is a good company 8) Healys solicitor fees seemed reasonable, their service is 100% and I will use them again 9) Charlotte Curl was professional at all times, made me feel valued and safe in her hands during the buying process. 10) Elayna Cambridge provided support when Charlotte was unavailable and made sure the process continued until Charlotte returned.
