Jan 03,2025I engaged Healys for due diligence in dispute resolution, initially interfacing with Charlotte Woolven-Brown and subsequently with Lucy Demmon. Charlotte was immediately responsive and Lucy was diligent, clear and thorough in her consideration of the matter, making her an effective, considerate and supportive collaborator during the process. While interactions with the firm were generally prompt, there were occasions requiring follow-up because I worried we may not conclude on time; on these occasions, I found Poppy Smith to be responsive and helpful in keeping matters progressing. Ultimately, Lucy’s sustained attention to the matter resolved differences promptly and professionally, and produced a successful and equitable agreement in good time, which is highly commendable.

From first contact through to closure this was all completed right on time , with very clear communication through the process and detailed reports as needed for my decision. Dec 20,2024Emine Hamid and Chloe Timcke were brilliant during our house sale and new purchase. Our sale was quite a complicated leasehold and Emine was through, efficient and reassuring during the whole process. We moved very quickly through the conveyancing of our purchase, with estate agent even saying the process normally takes 3 times longer. Thanks to Emine, Chloe and the team for being excellent, super professional and really responsive. We couldn't ask for more!

As expats purchasing a home in the UK for the first time, Tracey took the time to explain the process to me clearly and with great patience given the number of questions. Handoff and service during a week of holiday was exemplary. Saira's e-mail responses to a long list of my questions before exchange were helpful, complete, and extremely speedy. Their responsiveness was tremendous throughout the entire process. The last great item: Completion was done before 9:30 a.m. on the day, apparently unheard of! Thanks for the great help and advice!

Dominika Bullegas was our solicitor for much of this transaction and dealt with everything very calmly and professionally. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Dominika and her paralegal Zahraa. The pricing was fair and value for money and came in as quoted.
